How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Exquisite Goods (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
The ram arrived in perfect condition, no dents or anything, well packaged and exactly as described. Because i am mixing ram sticks, silicon power 8gbx2 with this cusu 8gbx2, i had to manually do some tweaking in the bios, which was easy to do with chatgpt, so that the ram would work. So, if anyone buys this and is mixing ram, there is a chance this wont work from the start, which is a common issue when mixing ram sticks. In which case, you'll need to do some manual tweaking, but it is easy to do so don't blame the product, because, once again, it is a common problem when mixing sticks. Other than that, did some testing with the ram and it works perfectly with 0 issues and no crashing or errors at all so far.
This is the second card I've ordered, they are good and arrive quickly.

The memory arrived in Brazil quickly. I still have no way of knowing if it's working, but I believe it is. It arrived in 9 days, faster than expected.

I was incredibly skeptical of this no-name brand ram but have been pleasantly surprised that it works very well. have been testing for a few weeks and everything seems to be running well. will update if anything changes

According to the specs, it says 2666. I haven't installed it in a regular motherboard, so I can't comment on the frequencies. It's perfect for Xeon builds. Especially at the price I got it for.
Everything is working so far, no complaints.
The memory is simply excellent, I recommend it.

Recognized normally on my Asrock H610 M.2 motherboard. using together with an XPG D35 16GB 3200MHz memory stick Total of 32GB, running in dual channel
For 2700r it's excellent, has been working for half a year already.
Started at 2666, later set it to 3600 and according to the manufacturer's timings everything works, BUT for some reason it shows 2666 in the task manager, and in CPU-Z it shows 3600, who knows why, please explain. And so far the memory seems good, but time will tell.
Everything is fine, they work correctly from the packaging, haven't done anything with them.
Excellent memory for this price, started working immediately, picked up xmp profile 16-20-20. Tested on two different computers - works perfectly. Previously had sticks from another manufacturer, but these turned out to be slightly higher, had to move the cooler of the processor radiator.
They only work in 3603 mode, but work perfectly, unbeatable for 2000 rubles.
All good for now, I will write again later if I encounter any issues.
