How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Exquisite Goods (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
The package arrived 1 day earlier. Packed in bubble wrap. The original box is intact. The product is good. I plugged in the old screw - the first time Windows started it said - the disk is not working. turned it on, turned it off - it worked. It copies and writes at the speed of a screw drive - fine for my archive needs. I temporarily installed an old screw for testing - it makes a loud noise when placed vertically on a stand on the table. I tilted it at a 45-degree angle along with the stand, and the hum disappeared. I'll be busy with work. The board is positioned straight inside - some people wrote that it is crooked and because of this, the board can be broken when installing the screw. There is also an empty space inside near the top of the screw housing - I put some foil in to prevent it from rattling around inside, although if you don't carry it around all the time, there's no need to worry about it breaking. a normal gadget.
I ordered this case last year, ordered it a third time (dhl sadly lost it) but another order fortunately came through fine. i reviewed this case before, and it's still great. the metal is quality and the hdd stays securely in place if you screw in while pressing on the hdd from behind (the part that you attach) at the same time. inside there is foam on the other hand, which is why you need to press against it while screwing in. the asm225cm chip is still used, so it's one of the best options for the money. finally, if you experience poor performance, it's still important that you enable the windows write cache under the "device manager" option for your hdd. then performance works like a native hdd!
Extremely happy with the quality of this product, it is fast and efficient and the turn on off button works extremely well. comes in a kit and is of great quality, even the cable and power it comes with.

It's a pity that the HDD itself is not attached to the case from the inside except for the connector itself. The kit includes a piece of soft sponge with tape for sealing. Maybe this will be enough. Overall, I'm satisfied.
I would like a solid metal case; for this price it would be acceptable.

Excellent box, small, USB-C port, two cables — USB-A, USB-C It seems the disc in it has become quieter.
The product arrived safe and sound, and the package was complete. I haven't tested it at work yet, because... I'm waiting for my disc. What was disappointing was that they sent a Chinese plug for the socket, instead of the European one that I specifically ordered (see...). screenshot. Now I'll have to use an adapter, which is not good, because... creates an extra link in the chain, which can lead to a short circuit and damage to the disk. It would be nice if the seller now sent a proper power adapter for such a sensitive item, since they made a mistake themselves.

For the money, it's a great item! I asked to be provided with a European plug for purchase. It's not very convenient with the adapter. They didn't refuse; they said that after the holidays we will come back and tell you how to do it. P.S. I'll update the review if anything happens :)
Very good case. But to open it, you need to unscrew two screws (a screwdriver is included). If you need to change the HDD frequently, it might be inconvenient.
Installed the Seagate Exos X16 ST10000NM001G drive - fit perfectly, snugly. The case is aluminum, and a standard magnetic screwdriver is included. The speed doesn't slow down. Overall, I'm satisfied with the enclosure. Many devices from this brand work without issues, high-quality products. I bought it for 1450 rubles.

Good fit within the aluminium enclosure. Controller with the plastic endcap, which could be higher in quality, but still satisfactory. Controller does not pass through smart data via usb on mac os; however i could access it under truenas.

Very good quality, like all the Orico products I have tried. Metal casing, power button works well and has a nice feel. Good LED indicator light.

Delivered very quickly.
The case is too wide in its smallest dimension (depth) and too short in the longest dimension (length). This means that as you insert the hdd (i used a seagate exos x24), it has room to move sideways, & when you attempt to close the case, it does not go all the way without the hdd being _forced_ to move sideways. This means a non-zero chance of physically breaking the sata connector on the closing cover or the (expensive!) Hdd itself. I did not screw the cover all the way, bought some heatsink stickers and pads, waited 2 weeks for them to arrive, attached them to my hdd & only then tried to screw the cover all the way in. A gap still remains between the cover and the rest of the case when you don't hold it down by force (see pics). I bought another, transparent (plastic) orico hdd enclosure maybe 7 (?) Years ago which did not have these problems. Hence 4 stars - i expected better from this manufacturer. A pity that they no longer make/sell those transparent plastic cases.
