It does a very good job of cleaning the window, especially at removing leftover raindrops. It does not clean handprints perfectly, but the window is very, very clean—unless you look at it directly in the sun and stare. Warning: before you order, make sure you have somewhere to attach the safety rope. It's very important that you have a place to strap it. Personally, i have windows that open, so i can secure the rope in the opening part from up and then close the window so it straps. It does not fall often; in 5 hours of use, it fell only once, but of course, it was secured. I recommend it, but keep in mind that you must have a place to strap it. Also, it does not completely remove handprints, only dirt and raindrops (which is completely fine with me), and it's a little slow - if you have many windows you have to change to each of them manually for a few hours when it's done.
