How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Exquisite Goods (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

Tested the ram and it was 3200mhz @ 1.35v. Seems legit with samsung ram chips. Also ordered two sticks that were able to run in dual channel at set speeds
I bought the RAM under impulse because there was a great offer (16GB 3200MHz for just 155 PLN, and finally it came out to 270 PLN after deducting all discounts and cashbacks, so it was like for free) and I had some doubts if they would work, but I wasn't disappointed :D From what I can see, only the old original Kingston RAM has Nanya Technology RAM and some additional XMP-3002 profile, while the new ones have SK Hynix memory and one XMP-3200 profile. All 4 sticks (a total of 4 x 16GB) work perfectly together under XMP 2.0 at a speed of 3200 MHz. And as someone already mentioned, they also work with AMD processors (in my case, the motherboard on the B550 chipset). I recommend!

This was such a good deal, very cheap ram when it was on sale, and still the most reasonably priced ramstick anywhere, and fast delivery it was within a week or 2 in australia. The item is brand new and the packaging shows no signs of tampering, i may update my review once i install it when my other pc components arrive but for now it's a very good experience would eecommend.
at this price especially for this period it's practically a huge gift even though they are only DDR4 but anyway nowadays DDR5 are hard to find especially in regular pieces, 10 out of 10 complements

The two memories came well packaged, and I bought two of 16GB 3200MHz without knowing the CL. When they arrived here, I read the description on the packaging and it was CL16, haha. I was surprised. The purchase was super worth it, but I haven't been able to test them on the PC yet because I still need the graphics card to connect it. However, they smelled like new, were well packaged, and had a good price.

It arrived perfectly, great memories, speed is right and the product is original.
The seller's service was excellent. They specifically confirmed that the memory stick was compatible with my existing memory (i had also checked the speed requirements of my existing memory beforehand), and the quality is really good, 100% genuine. It seems like the tea was brewed properly. I haven't done a memory test yet, but when I selected xmp on the motherboard, all four 16GB sticks worked well in full bank mode. I checked it in CPU-Z~
It arrived working normally. I didn't know that the memory had two XMP profiles, which is good in this case.
