How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

What about customs?

Do you provide tracking information?

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:

Came faster than expected and although the boxes are a bit battered, the fans inside were clean and intact. Became a nice surprise when i saw that the cables were daisy chain-able!
These are good lighted fans, although as some have already mentioned in the comments, they can be (very) noisy, especially when they increase or decrease the RPM. I recommend limiting their RPM with apps like FanControl to have less vibration and noise.
The fans are good but the cables are way to long and may cause a mess
It runs well, but the shaft seems to be not properly aligned, causing some wobble. It cannot be mounted at the bottom of the case, only at the top and sides. Other than that, I am very satisfied with the product for its price range.
I had ordered 3reverse and received 3regular, the package was damaged but the fans are fine. Initially, I had processed a return but in the end I'm keeping them and will use them for something else. I will have to buy reverse again because the quality is very good. I will continue buying and hope the same mistake doesn't happen again.
Very nice lights good rgb and infinity effect. But don't expect big airflow, kinda weak. If all you need is extra lights they are beautiful

Everything arrived correctly and well packaged. They are much quieter than my old ones, and the PWM works well (smooth control between ~600–1500 RPM). The ARGB is very strong and uniform, with beautiful colors. Excellent ventilation for the enclosure and very solid construction. Obs. : you can control it through the software if it's connected to a controller (I recommend buying one together — mine is a Teucer). Just hold the power button for 3 seconds to switch to software control mode. Great value for money, I recommend it!
It arrived one day earlier than expected, I set everything up and it works very well; they are aesthetically very beautiful. With the MSI (motherboard brand) software, I can change the colors and effects, but for some colors I have to enter the code manually, which might be a conflict with the software. Excellent value for money.
Excellent product, but attention to the input of the controller or motherboard must be 5V, the three-pin type.
I really liked the fans, they are easy to install, even for someone who is very, very unexperienced (literally me). They don't make noise, and on my MSI motherboard they connected quickly. Just go to the MSI app, go to the LEDs section and look for a new device. Once you find it, just select the 4 options, 2 RGB and 2 ARGB, then connect and configure. I only saw the ARGB section, I didn't see the fan speed option, but I think that can be adjusted in the BIOS itself (all this without a controller). In short, you can buy without fear. If I have any problems, I will update the comment. P.S. (same comment because I bought 1 reverse and 5 normal fans).

Excellent and affordable fan. I tried it recently, but it seems to do its job quite easily. It is quiet and has a great design, just like in the product images. If you need a fan that works and, above all, has a good design, this is the one for you.
I had already bought 3 fans and they worked very well, now I bought three more (reverse) to make all the fans the same pattern, it turned out perfect. I just realized that the wires are very short, so I'll have to think carefully about where the controller will be placed.
Excellent, it's not very quiet, but it's not a big deal at all. For those who use a headset, it's not a problem! It ventilates very well and helped a lot with cooling the case!
As in photos, everything works very well. The white one comes with white cables and the 4 screws in shiny steel.

Good fan and for its price it was worth it because I got it on 11/11 and it cost around 30 reais, and the ARGB is very nice.
I installed the Upsiren UF1 Prism 4 Pro on my PC and really liked it. I bought 7 of them and, honestly, they turned out much better than I expected.
