How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Exquisite Goods (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

Received it in about 2 weeks. well packaged with all necessary items included. it reads my 8 td western digital sas enterprise hard drives with no issues at all. you just need to initialize it first and format to be visible in windows. i did it through acronis disk director, formatted into 64 kb cluster size gpt volume. so far tested about 5 identical drives with no issues. speed is about 80-100 mb/s write to 140-240 mb/s read. you just need to add some fan to cool it down properly that's all)))

The speed is slow but it works well, but instead the Crystal Info hard smart information does not appear. The cable is available in both Type-C and Type-A, and although the price range is a bit high, I am satisfied with it.

Does not work with all sas drives and the actual firmware or system being used is a sata to usb bridge from initio. Works perfectly fine with all sata drives but problem is with sas.
Product works perfectly with sas drives without the need to install any other drivers.

Product arrived a bit banged up but is functioning well with sata hard drives. All my sas drives are seagate exos 7e8 (2tb) and none of them seem compatible with this device, as none of them are detected in windows using this.
The package arrived very quickly without any damage. Normally, a dedicated card and dedicated cable are required, as well as SATA power, but this solves all of that in one go. Copying is fast and good.
The dock is functional, but the transfer rate is limited to ~70 MB/s on USB 3.0. After checking, it uses the Initio INIC6711EN chipset, which operates in BOT mode and does not support UASP, which limits the transfer of high-speed SAS drives. For large files or intensive use, the actual transfer rate is therefore much lower than what the drive would allow. Useful for occasional storage, but not for fully utilizing a fast SAS drive.
Doesn't say in th description that it doesn't support all types of sas drives. It only works with certain sas drives - when the hardware blocksize is 512. So it wouldn't take 520, 524, 528 and other non-512 basically (so most enterprise) disks. And sas disks are typically enterprise kinda. It is mentioned in the instructions, but never mentioned in the descripton on the listing, i think. It would recognize a generic external storage device, but would mark it as "no media", which is not fixable by the software, since you can't even do a format, since media is unreadable by the controller. Otherwise the device seems to be working in order, powers on, spins the disk... I'm yet to test with a supported disk, but mayb i'll do it later.
