How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Exquisite Goods (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
The delivery arrived on time. The packaging was dented, but the projector itself was intact. Setup is a bit complicated. The image quality matches the price. It's quite suitable for a summer house and for children.
Great value for money
I bought it without high expectations, but this thing is really good haha. It's still daytime, but I tried to test it with the light off and my son snatched it away from me... Highly recommended for beginners. There's a lot of noise and brightness issues, but I'm satisfied with all three aspects.

It arrived quickly, but the box was somewhat damaged, the product itself was fine with no damage, a very good projector, great value for the price, high image quality, even when projecting at 720p, the menu sometimes lags, the audio from the speaker is very poor, the headphone jack output only worked well with Lenovo Bluetooth headphones, you need to add an auxiliary device for home theater projection, I used an additional TV box. The great thing is a screen measuring approximately 2.2 m x 1.3 m. at a distance of 3 m, I recommend it for projection with auxiliary equipment via HDMI.
The quality is so-so even though I adjusted everything. Fast delivery, 7-10 days. The sound is normal.
A nice projector, I adjusted the sharpness once and that was it. I recommend it; if the volume is low, you can connect Bluetooth audio devices.
Delivery to Germany in a week, everything works as described, video from a 1.5 GB memory card plays normally, sometimes the video freezes, approximately once every 30 minutes, it can be resolved by simply logging in and out of the app, then you can continue watching from the same place :-) YouTube works stably, it's not too noisy, doesn't interfere with watching, the sound is quite good for such a device! I liked it and recommend it!

Good budget projector. Initially purchased for my brother, later searched and analyzed projectors for myself... Still decided to buy the same one for myself. The price is good. From online kyivstar tv, netflix, youtube, video from the browser works perfectly. The quality is satisfactory. I won't say it's perfect (the text isn't very clear), but the video quality (resolution + smoothness) is completely acceptable. The projector itself is clearly slow... But it shows content quite well.. Streaming from the phone or from the PC... well.. It's not worth it... Just lags and nerves, but with online or from an SD card everything works quite well. I think it will also work well via HDMI. Overall, I am completely satisfied with the purchase, the product, and the store. I recommend before purchasing.
