How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Exquisite Goods (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
An excellent short-throw projector for its price. You won't find anything better. For optimal performance, some modifications are required to extend the lifespan of the matrix and protect it from burnout. I made two modifications: installed heatsinks on the CPU and GPU, and reduced the brightness by adjusting the resistor to 20 turns counterclockwise, as described on the 4pda forum (google it). For quick access to the resistor, it's easier to use a sharp drill bit manually! Without a drill, carefully drill a hole and turn the resistor. (The given values suited me better than 83x39). Disassembling the projector completely to gain access to it is very risky, and the hole is not visible (drill diameter is 8 mm). The temperature while watching the video is 75 degrees. It's 60 degrees in the room. The overall impression of the picture is very positive, considering that this is the first projector. The image is sharp, rich in detail, and of enormous size. Perfect for a small room. That is to say Place it on the side of a double bed and project onto the wall on the other side to get a full-wall image. If you place it 1.3 meters away from the wall, the picture will also be huge, and it will definitely be enough for you. Not noisy, the built-in speaker is mediocre (connect a speaker). I installed all the applications and a new operating system on it, everything works great and stably. If you are considering your first projector, then choose one with only 2GB of RAM. Great device, not hi-end but i use it for visuals on a festval campsite, it's perfect for that. The "short throw" is really nice, you can project a full wall just from the other room site...perfect for me
Well, it's very powerful and I like how it projects.
I really highly recommend it. Screen mirroring from the phone (iOS) works flawlessly. The speaker is really loud. It took a bit of effort to position it properly, but overall it's very positive. For someone who doesn't need anything fancy, I highly recommend it for first-time use. Even with the light on, everything is visible, and with the light off it's really excellent.

My first projector. It arrived very quickly in France (sold from France). Excellent value for money (well worth around 130 euros excluding promotion) Advantages: large projection (in the photos, the screen is a little more than 3m in length and about 2m in height, projector less than 2m from the wall and projection on white wall in the dark) Easy to connect with tablet or phone without downloading anything, the app is already installed compatible with any system or almost any. At first, I didn't understand why the image was blurry; I couldn't find how to focus. It's on the remote control with the f+ f- buttons. The image is in 1080p which is sufficient in my opinion. The image is beautiful. Negative point: it's impossible to play games because the diffusion is slightly delayed, but since it's not made for that, a projector and those that allow playing are at a higher budget, I'll settle for this. In short, completely satisfied with this purchase.
I have the hy300 model and you can really notice the image quality. The plug doesn't heat up and it has better sound.

Excellent projector, for now I am very satisfied. After turning it on, I connected it to the internet using my phone's hotspot and downloaded a software update. The focus via the 2 buttons on the included remote control is very convenient. There is an air filter at the front that sucks in air for cooling; it's necessary because the lens that projects the image doesn't fill up with dust. The product exceeded my expectations 👍👏.
At this price, there is nothing better. Excellent image even in bright ambient light. The speaker is not bad, the equipment is easy to carry, Polish language in the menu, simple to operate.

Very simple projector; I use it with a Fire Stick remote. The quality-to-price ratio is good. It's a bit noisy. Low throw distance --> short focal length. In portable use, it does the job.
It does not have autofocus, but it can be adjusted with the remote control. It is an excellent projector, like having an authentic home theater.
To date, my best purchase is a formidable projector. The photos I took were taken almost in full light and they don't reflect how impeccable they really look. A wonderful product with minimal informative details. When connecting wireless HDMI, the USB power supply of this projector must be connected externally to the projector. The transmission is impeccable, really happy with this purchase, which is why I recommend the product as formidable. The seller is someone who delivers the product quickly and in excellent quality.
Great projector, I recommend it. Quality materials, responsive remote control, excellent value for money. Attention, this is a short focal length, do not expect to fix it behind you or else plan for a very large projection surface! Bright enough to watch something with open windows, there is a significant loss of colors and contrast but it's tolerable for reading the newspaper for example. The big movie fans will close everything and enjoy a very good image. Ordered on a Tuesday afternoon, received by the end of the next morning! !
