How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Exquisite Goods (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

The drive started up without any hiccups. The speeds are not bad for PCIe 4.0 without occupied storage space. During the speed test, the temperature did not rise above 49 degrees. I installed the drive in a regular motherboard using an adapter with a washer.
This is not a flash drive; the disk needs to be created via a computer. At first, I created a dispute, but then I realized that I was wrong. I'm satisfied with everything; I've downloaded about 50 movies and there's still space left.
Everything arrived in its original, sealed packaging, I recommend the seller.
The disk is working, delivery was on time, everything went well; only time will tell how good and reliable the disk is.

So, the day of use is specifically for the Steam Deck OLED. Everything works perfectly! Steam OS from a flash drive via an adapter installed quickly! I haven't seen temperatures in the deck higher than 47 degrees yet. The actual capacity is 1.86 TB, this is after installing Steam OS, what is available for game installation. When replacing, I installed it directly with a heatsink, but without the original foil pad. works just like the original 512, well, I didn't see anything truly new, maybe there is a difference but it's not critical. For me, the main thing is that it doesn't heat up. When installing BG3 150GB, it seemed to be just 47 degrees, the back part was heating up, but after installation and during gameplay everything is fine. Overclocking, etc. I haven't used it, so consider it a factory-sealed Steam Deck. Highly recommend for replacement. I bought it for 8600+- 100 rubles, this price happens quite often.
For the 2230 form factor, everything is good. Operating temperature in games is 55-65. Actual capacity is 1.87 TB.
A few words for KingSpec 2230 M2 2tb. Surprisingly fast, but for such speeds, cooling is needed. In the laptop, during the CrystalDiskMark test, it went into the red zone by more than +65 degrees, but it showed honest results! ! ! stated speed specifications. I am attaching the screenshots. Such speeds as claimed by the manufacturer will only be achieved with PCIe 4.0 x4. When installed in an external enclosure for M2 USB 3.2 SSD (even with a Type C USB 3.2 Gen2 cable for Samsung T7) does not provide such speeds. Conclusion: I recommend purchasing it for storage as an external drive. To work with video, in programs and when dealing with large video files, a case with a fan is needed. Didn't use it for gaming. When installing into slot 2242, naturally you need to purchase an additional bracket to increase the SSD for mounting.. The product arrived new. Thank you to the seller, I will buy again.
An excellent SSD that I inserted into a USB 3.2 enclosure, and now I have a high-speed mobile flash drive on which a separate operating system can run.
