How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Exquisite Goods (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

Seems to be running and draining in my basement. it never shuts off because the basement is very wet. hoping this gives me some longevity.

Long overdue review but i’ve been using this dehumidifier for about a month now and have no complaints. My apartment doesn’t have a/c so i was able to pair this with a few standing fans in my apartment to keep it as cool as possible. I’m not sure how it’ll hold up long term but so far so good.
I initially thought it was too good to be true but i was wrong. So good i ordered another a week later.

When i purchased my first shinco i quickly discovered how much money it could save on my ac electric bill. I was so impressed that i bought two more so now i have 3, one on each floor of my home. Before this we set the ac to 74 in order to stay comfortable. But with the shinco units we're comfortable even at 80 degrees. Today the temperature outside is 86 and 72% humidity. Inside the temperature is 79 and humidity is 47%. It's very comfortable and best of all it has only used 24 cents worth of electricity. And has been powered on for 17 hours so far today.
Fast shipping. Works great with smartthings. Pulls humidity down in a hurry.
This thing failed in less than 7 days. I’ve been trying to reach the manufacturer to take them up on their 1 year warrantee.
The shipping was very prompt for this dehumidifier and fedex shipping did a very good job, as the box was not damaged. Once out of the box, i let this sit for 2 days to make sure that all of the refrigerant oil drained down into the compressor. The setup went smoothly after reading the instructions. The smaller diameter drain hose (for pump operation) is only 6 feet long and the larger drain hose for gravity feed was all severely kinked up and useless. I have only had this machine running for a few days and everything is 100% operational. That said, most of these dehumidifiers only last a year or two, due to the refrigerant leaking out over time, and technically they are not rechargeable. Only time will tell here. The warranty is only good for one year. Of note here is that this unit is wifi capable, but i elected not to bother with that. The instructions for the wifi were rather confusing as well.

I own three of these fantastic shinco dehumidifiers and this picture explains why. When i got my first one i relied on the detachable bucket but it filled up so fast that i had to check it every few hours. It can remove up to 18 gallons a day so the 1.85 gallon bucket fills up fast. So i hooked up a drain hose to that first one. For the next two i am using the pump function and discharging out of a closed window. Closed? Yes! I cut a piece of 1x2 lumber, drilled a hole in it for the hose and then closed the window down to the 1x2.
