How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Exquisite Goods (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

Delivery from Ukraine is extremely fast. I ordered on Friday evening, and on Tuesday, that is, on the fourth day, I received it by courier from the new post office. and this includes two days off. The robot works well, it might be a bit noisy, but no more so than a robot vacuum cleaner. If used on windows facing the street, I think it will be fine.
The product arrived in Odessa in 3 days, the courier delivered it to my home. The seller was very communicative and sent instructions in Russian via email upon request. I'm satisfied with the robot; it works well, although it's a bit loud.
Awesome!! Thank you very much!! The robot works perfectly!! There was lint on the first glass initially. You need to treat the cloth with a roller or, like I did, use a wet hand to clean the new cloth from lint. And everything became great! It cleans well... delivery was fast!!!

Received it very quickly. The packaging is intact and the contents are complete. It's working very well now. And many thanks to the store, they responded and explained how it works. It's a pity that there are no instructions in the language of the country where it is being sold. There are NO instructions in Ukrainian, let alone Russian. Everything was connected intuitively (everything was clear there), but it turns out that in order for the robot to work correctly, it needs to be charged for 4 hours first. Keep this in mind. Good features and reasonable price
Shipping from Ukraine (Gostomel) to Odessa by new postal courier to your door in 4 days. And the washer is just a washer; its price of 2880 UAH, including all coupons and discounts, is justified as of 13.04.26.

Thank you for the work. It arrived in 5 days from the warehouse in Ukraine. A very convenient device. Now I don't worry about my wife while she's washing the windows. There are a couple of drawbacks: the start button is not conveniently located - it would be better on top (more convenient to remove after finishing work), and the positioning is a bit imprecise - sometimes the robot doesn't reach the edge of the window.
The robot is great. So far, I've only washed the balcony window, and the result is immediately top-notch. It seems that you can't even clean it with a cloth without leaving streaks, like the robot does!
Delivery within ukraine - two business days. The device works as intended, first impression seems great. It worked for 7 hours cleaning windows and glass without any issue.

Excellent robot,quality cleaning and fast work. Relativelly quiet. Install it vertically at the middle of the lower part of the window to have space to do initial rotation of 90 degree for climbng. At that point he do not detect obstacles and speed hard to rotate. If it cannot rotate fully it fall from the window,because he loss sucction. So leave space around on initial start. After that never fail,because the ai kick in and stop on barriers early. Very nice product,recommended!

Excellent product, cleans well and its operation is simple and easy to master.
It arrived very quickly, in 2 days, because the postal service was delayed even though it was sent via registered mail, but the product is very good, it made everything clean and shiny. I sprayed a little glass cleaner on the windows and it looked even better, and so far it's working well!
