How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Exquisite Goods (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

The item was delivered earlier than expected, satisfied with the exceptional speed of delivery. The device works perfectly, but it does heat up a bit and causes partial malfunction of certain applications, such as Zank Remote. I recommend it for enhancing the visibility of your visual content. Perfect, fast.
Arrived quickly. Tested and approved. On the TCL 2025 TV, it was not compatible as it kept turning off the screen. But on a Samsung from about 9 years ago, it worked perfectly. I had some trouble installing it, but everything went well in the end. Highly recommend. Congratulations to the seller.

There are no particular issues with startup or operation; it's more responsive than I expected, and the scrolling movement is faster than the third generation Fire TV Stick or the first generation 4K Max. The Android version is 14 as stated in the description, but the security patches are quite old, from 2019, so I prefer to log in with a Google account that I don't use for anything else, as I don't want anything to go wrong. If you just download apps from the Play Store or watch videos, there shouldn't be any problems. Smartube can be installed, but it won't work without a 2A charger, so be careful when using it in the car.

I installed the device, for some applications you can install them via pure APK, everything seems correct to me. I installed several applications from the Play Store, from Apkpure, and also directly from the internet page of the APK I wanted. It takes a bit of manipulation, check the pre-installed applications carefully, as they may be installed twice, uninstall the applications you don't need. Normally, with a good internet connection it should work fine. I shared data with my smartphone and everything was fine.
Everything works perfectly, I downloaded all the necessary applications onto a flash drive and easily installed them on the stick. Everything works smoothly and quickly, I took the 8/128 version. Initially, you might think that the remote control doesn't work, but first you need to connect the IR module, then use the remote control to turn on Bluetooth and synchronize with the remote. After that, the IR module is no longer needed and you can continue using it as usual.
Excellent product. We recommend mounting the android device directly onto the tv, as shown in the pictures. There are no picture or clarity issues, but connecting an additional hdmi cable causes distortion in both picture and sound. It was installed without a cable and i didn't encounter any problems. I don't need an unnecessary hdmi cable. Thank you to the seller. Excellent service and high quality.

The product arrived quickly and undamaged. Netflix is Preloaded and works if you have a subscription. The android takes a while to boot and the stick heats up to about 50 degrees celsius. Otherwise it works perfectly and is worth the money

This device arrived quickly. I tested it on a large screen in my living room 30 feet from the router. All worked. However, when i installed in my basement where i intended to run a non-smart tv which has the same distance and one floor below. This device will not stay connected to my router. I contacted aliexpress and they promptly refunded me and sent a return label. I think this item is good for many people where router is close by.
