How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Exquisite Goods (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
The device is really cool. command voice works perfect and the translation is really fast.
They arrived in less time than indicated. I like them and they record very well. When you go to buy them, choose the model carefully, as there are 3 versions and one version has a completely dark lens, while another version automatically changes from light to dark.
I use them at work 😁 Pros: very nice picture and video quality. Nice ai interaction. Everything can be done hands free via the ai interface. Cons: the only con i have is that the video recording is not continuous recording. It stops recording after your selected recording length, so you must remember to press record again after the time limit is up. Overall: i really like them. I can overlook the lack of continuous recording. I love everything else about these ai glasses 🤓
They work just as described they feel good and not too heavy. Bluetooth connection works perfect. Easy to setup. The battery life is amazing i can talk all day and play music. It’s a good value for my money. And it looks nice and sleek.

The physical and algorithmic dual stabilization on these is top-notch. I’ve been using them for vlogging while walking through london, and the 1080p video stays incredibly steady. Also, the polarized lenses are a must-have for those rare sunny days—very easy on the eyes
After wearing these for a week, i think it’s a great smart glasses for the price. Comfortable and light. Video is good, but the stabilizing feature is not the greatest. It captures sound well and music sound good on it without the person near you hearing. Overall the glasses look good not too big and can wear going anywhere. Good for vlogging videos as well.
Personally, i think the quality of this pair of glasses is still good. The glasses are well packaged, and the photos taken are very clear and the picture quality looks high. The power bank can also meet the charging needs of my mobile phone. Ai can wake up with one click, and the response speed is very fast. I heard that i love these glasses.
At first, i bought them expecting little from them, and i was surprised; The quality-price ratio is crazy, very very cheap for everything they bring honestly xd simultaneous translation, real-time translation in many languages and their variants, takes photos and videos, also records voice. The camera is not divine but it takes surprisingly decent photos and videos. The issue i find is that the camera sits higher than the line of sight, which means what we are actually looking at directly doesn't appear in the video plane. We have to lower our head slightly downward, just a little bit. It has a small flash that's slightly annoying, i easily covered it xd another thing is that while recording they heat up quickly, be careful with that. Also connected to gpt through cyan, you have to call it "hey cyan" (hay saian). And last but not least, ai image description, takes a photo and analyzes what is in it or the object you tell it about, etc. ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡

"the quality of the glasses themselves are very strong, well made, not overly heavy for all that you are getting. They are comfortable to wear long term and fit as described. The camera quality is better than i was expecting from these and the microphones pick-up what you’d want and can block what you don’t. Use these inside my motorcycle helmet with the visor up and it recorded my stereo and bike exhaust but blocked out the wind which was great. Overall great product and use almost daily "

A good smart pair of glasses with some weaknesses. First of all, I am satisfied; it takes good photos and videos, and since it has stabilization, the videos are not shaky. Which is very important to me as I want to use them for city walking during my vacation. Additionally, it is comfortable to wear and lightweight. The negative aspect is the lack of instructions for use, which are available in several languages but are barely readable even with a magnifying glass because the font is so small. That's why I haven't been able to test all the functions yet; unfortunately, the translator can only be used via the app on a smartphone and not directly through the glasses. Anyway, I haven't found any other way to use it. Another drawback is the resolution, which cannot be changed, and the video only provides old 4:3 recordings and not 16:9. Conclusion: However, it is price-wise recommended for those looking to get into smart glasses.
