How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Exquisite Goods (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

This is just super. The quality is fantastic. Soft touch. Very cool. I recommend it!
It is matte and has a smooth texture. This is my first time using this type of keycap, so even if I don't make any typos when typing, it's still a bit hard to get used to right away. The keycaps I used before had a flat surface where the fingers touch, but this one has a narrow, concave design that makes it feel like it's more enclosed around the fingertips. I'm not sure if this will be an advantage or a disadvantage, but the quality is quite good. The printing is very clear and the white color is almost the same temperature as the white border color of the 독거미 F87 Pro. There is no texture at all. The sound feels slightly more substantial than the keycaps I used before. Delivery was also quite fast. I was planning to buy it in Korea, but I ordered it here to save 5,000 won, and it's very good!
Keycaps are great. They do add much thump, bringing the sound to lower frequencies. It sounds somewhat like peebles :3 The added weight is nice, but it doesn't work well with graywood v4 switches. They simply press too easy now. But it's not the products fault, just need to order some other switches and it will be perfect. Koa profile doesn't feel too great to me in terms of typing, but it's just me. Visually, these are stunning. The only issue i encountered is cosmetic and it involves one key's printing being inverted as opposed to how it's shown in listing (— -). But tbh, it's so meaningless that i don't care ; p
Honestly, it's beautiful, but its price is exaggerated, and I don't recommend it to those who want to see its true RGB effect.

These are beautiful keycaps. Very very good quality and very comfortable. They also sound very nice!
The shift key has a different length and an extra 1u key (e.g., B key) included, so it seems to fit my custom keyboard.
I chose this because it seemed thicker and lower than the XDA keycaps I was using. It changes slightly to high pitch but makes a pebble-like sound as if it were hitting. There are fewer typos too. It's moderately soft and slightly rough, so the touch feeling is good. The photo was taken while replacing them, so only the bottom part is visible, but it overlaps like that and there's an additional cover on top, so it doesn't scatter much and was fine. The XDA keycaps I bought before were also thick but hollow inside, so I had to put in a lot of rubber rings.
It’s good and cute for the computer keyboard will recommend it
Better quality than expected, the printing is very sharp.
These keycaps definitely make my keyboard look much greater and sound very amazing (with linear switches). . Originally bought them for keychron k6 (brown switches) but they reduce the clicky noise which the noise that i like.

KOA profile keycaps are better than expected no matter what you buy. The photo is not of KOA, but of another profile's Apple keycap photo. I will leave a review for comparison in an additional review! I will prove that it is much better compared to the keycaps I was using before.
Cool keycaps. My Akko aluminum keyboard looks like it came from the factory. Even though it was a keyboard to install yourself. Very cool keycaps for aluminum, white, and gray keyboards.
The key caps look as the description. Both white and grey colors were provided for esc and other major keys.
