Everything is great, a cool mini PC for office tasks, when you need it to be with you everywhere.
I got this as a mini project laptop to learn coding and the linux os. The little quirks have been what makes it fun to solve. The only thing is the charging voltage of 12v/3a, so please keep that in mind when using your own charger. I have read of chuwi products having swollen batteries, but so far i've not had this issue. Fingers crossed.
What a shame, customs didn't allow the order through due to the lack of accurate Wi-Fi specifications... The money was fully refunded... But the laptop has been sitting in a warehouse in Rumovo since March 7, 2026... I haven't used it, and the seller hasn't received a refund...
It looks good. Alloy metal body of minibook. Capacity screen sensor works good. Middle brightness of screen. Battery was zero - not good for battery. Recommend it at all.

Excellent device, updated, works stably, quite fast. I'm thinking of somehow cleaning it of the pre-installed Windows unnecessary features; maybe it will become even faster and more efficient. It seems to me that for this price the selfie camera could have been much better; the camera is very mediocre, unfortunately. I bought the device for use during trips, but do I really have to buy an additional webcam for video calls?

It works for 2.5 hours and takes the same 2.5 hours to charge. It gets very hot even when working in the browser. It cannot be fully used as a tablet due to poor heat dissipation. A few weeks in this mode with the rear wall tightly attached to the monitor will definitely damage the monitor. weak, small. I definitely won't buy a second one. essentially a raw hybrid. And since the tablet is not refined enough, there are alternatives that will leave this option far behind, and as a laptop it turned out to be clearly unsuitable.
It works fine, but it gets very hot. It's unbearable to hold in your hands. Finding drivers for it is another adventure altogether.
The fact that it heats up is basically normal. There is no overheating. The temperature is 30-40 degrees. Apparently a small cooler and a large radiator with a dense grid. But the autonomy is not very good.
I liked that it works with Linux without any hitches. Maybe you need to compile drivers for the accelerometer and touchscreen from GitHub onto the screen. Although it should be noted that it didn't run slowly even on the pre-installed Windows. An interesting design for cooling the NVMe was found on the plastic cover of the case. Someone wrote that the processor needs to be re-flashed. Well, I don't know, the spindle was lubricated well from the factory, not like in GenMachine. Yes, the laptop gets noticeably hot, but it doesn't burn your hands; as for the feeling, I haven't noticed any throttling. Small, compact, comfortable, a pleasure to wear. And a fat plus button on the side, a la GPD.

A very good mini laptop, perfect for work tasks (office work, virtual environments, etc.), you can even play TF2 (but I also tested The Witcher 3 - on low settings it gets a maximum of 30 fps). I immediately uninstalled Windows and installed Debian, which works well.
It's very nice, I'm already using it and it does heat up a bit, that's all.

Excellent laptop. I used to use a 14" laptop and it was too heavy to carry around every day, but the Chuwi Minibook, like a tablet, is lightweight, compact, doesn't take up much space, has a long battery life, and has backlit keys, which is very convenient for working at night. Overall, it's a great item for hiking, fishing, and even just for work. I bought a 70,000 mAh power bank for it, which is now enough for a day of watching videos and browsing the internet.
It gets very hot, overall it's very good, it has nice materials and the design is very cute, the retro illuminated keyboard is very good, the downside is that it gets very hot and then cools down a lot.

An excellent netbook-tablet for your tasks. Before that, there were several Surface devices from Microsoft. It was annoying that when moving the tablet, you had to hold both the tablet and the keyboard at the same time. It was also frustrating that the battery couldn't be replaced easily. These shortcomings have been eliminated in this netbook-tablet. And 16GB RAM is just too much. I use it for working with servers and web browsing.
