How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Exquisite Goods (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
It arrived super fast, it took I think 5 or 6 days and to use it I downloaded the app which makes it very easy to use. What they should try to do is keep the phone close to the device because otherwise it freezes. Anyway, it comes with a remote control but since I had batteries available, I opted for this option. Recommended 10/10. Also, the device has a flat design which makes it easy to clean glass where there is a barrier near the glass, a design that very few cleaners have.
A wonderful product, just what is needed for windows on upper surfaces. Cleans well, easy to operate. Delivery is long, but it was expected.

Everything is great! Please note that the application does not work in the Russian Federation, as indicated by the seller. Smart Life - this application controls my window cleaner, in Russian!!!! No need to wet the cloth, I wet it first and seemed to wring it well, but the vacuum cleaner started to slip. The material of the cloth is such that it polishes perfectly, even with a dry cloth. For convenience, I wiped the frames with a damp cloth and at the same time wiped off the dirt from the glass myself without being too zealous about it, as a vacuum cleaner doesn't clean the frames. Clearly, if a child smeared jam on the glass, the vacuum cleaner won't clean it, but I also won't clean it with a wet cloth on the first try. You can spray the glass, but NOT with a regular sprayer!!!! I used a container from Gliss Kur hair spray or something similar to make it spray like a cloud, not a stream. To prevent the vacuum cleaner from tipping over. If you use it regularly, not just once a year, you will always have clean windows.

I still couldn't install the application on my phone; there's no connection between the robot and the application. I control it from the remote. 4 wipes are enough to clean 2 balcony blocks on both sides. I start with relatively clean internal ones, then I put them on the external window. I am cleaning the windows with window cleaning solution. Yes, it doesn't clean corners and edges very well, but those are minor details. I bought it on sale for 8k
I tried once. Worked well. In places where it was difficult to pass, I switched to manual mode several times.

The cleaner works pretty amazing, it cleans the windows very well, it takes some time but it goes over the window twice while putting water on it. The app works great and also the remote. The cleaner feels very high quality. I’m not sure what’s the best cleaning liquid i should put
Great! The package arrived very quickly, literally in 4 days. Most likely there is a representative office in Kyiv. It works flawlessly, although there are some small gaps, but overall it's great and requires windows. So far I don't understand how it works without suction cups or any additional fasteners.
Super washer, ordered another one, you can never clean this thoroughly by hand, five plus.
I'm simply stunned! This is excellent delivery and processing of my order! I ordered and received it at Nova Poshta after 2 days. Everything works, can operate with control as directly on the device, thanks to the remote control, as well as using the app. Haven't used it with glass cleaning yet.
