How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Exquisite Goods (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

Super fast delivery. Matches the description well. The projector is of good quality and works well.
Perfect for this price. Watch movies only in full HD and the image will be quite clear. There are no complaints about the color either, everything is fine. The photo shows an example in a dark room and in the evening with the lights on. In my opinion, such things need to be viewed in complete darkness, so the picture is excellent. The fan noise is average and does not interfere when a speaker is present. The system response is very fast on the 2GB version. I compared it with the HY450, which I bought as a gift, and this projector, at half the price, is 100% worth the money. The picture is a bit worse than its older brother. The only downside is the lack of sound amplification, and you'll have to adjust the volume through third-party apps to achieve acceptable sound quality. The sound of the speakers is quiet out of the box. Go ahead and buy it if you're looking for your first projector.

The projector is really great! it’s super bright and the picture is quite clear, my only thing is that if you want a smaller screen it’s somewhat hard to make it smaller but other than that it’s really good. the interface is great as well and very easy to use, it also comes with a short hdmi cord too! overall for 100$ bucks i would recommend buying!

At first it was difficult to understand the scaling, all the time it crashed and the picture was on the whole wall. but when it's on the whole wall it's the best quality. 😄 it is desirable to take this projector if you have a large room , to watch it from a distance the quality is better, and as close as possible it is worse, but in general for the home projector ok, from the internet movies stretch as if without hanging, and there we cook
The projector is really high quality, the picture is nice, it doesn't lag, it has a built-in Android system, and I installed a cutter and lamp via a USB flash drive. I definitely recommend it.
The picture is very nice, I can even use it with a screen size of 320 cm x 170 cm, the sound is very clear. I am very satisfied with this device. Additionally, it's fun to play simple games; you can connect a pad via Bluetooth and control the game. The shipment arrived instantly. I recommend the seller.
The price was reasonable, and the screen quality was good. However, the sound is very quiet, and you have to turn the volume up quite high. That's a shame. It has both mdhi and usb connections. You can connect to wi-fi and watch online videos. Overall, i'm satisfied.
It looks high quality and what really impresses me is how well it performs for the price it costs. It adjusts automatically if you move it from the wall to the ceiling. The image quality is sharp. The sound is not its strong point, but that's because it's a projector, not a music system... logical and acceptable. I think I've made a good purchase without a doubt. Nice product
One of my best purchases! The value for money is one of the greatest i’ve met. The screening quality is great, however it is highly recommended to keep the room totally dark, or maximum 1-2 two low “atmosphere” / vibe lights. As people wrote the sound quality is bot the highest put it pairs seamlessly to my bt speakers. So in conclusion, i feel i have a private movie theater for a fraction of the price!
Good product in terms of quality, I've had it with me for a week and everything has been in order. The only thing is that there is no way to verify the 600 Insi that are mentioned when purchasing, but it still has a good shine.
I was pleasantly surprised how good it is for the price. It has all basic video apps and i also successfully used airplay from my iphone so im very happy with it.
Excellent value for money, to have better sound I paired the projector with a soundbar via Bluetooth.
Very nice and portable size projector. It has builtin app store and support google play store. I have installed netflix, yt, prime video and vlc . All works fine. It looks like no need for an extra roku or amazon stick. Color is good and picture is good enough for the price. One thing need to be improved is the ui, make the tiles smaller can show more apps on home screen.
Really really good projector! Perfect quality. It has an option for Hebrew. There is Netflix, Disney+, YouTube, everything works great. You can mirror the screen with the iPhone and mirror with Android or connect with an adapter. Comes with an HDMI connection.
Consistent with the description, it is a 1080p projector that is better than the hy300 i previously purchased. The autofocus and automatic keystone correction functions are excellent, and i am very satisfied with this purchase. Whether in light or dark environments, the image is still very clear, and the remote control can also be manually adjusted. I recommend purchasing it! Top seller!
I've been testing the projector for a couple days and i feel truly, unexpectedly delighted of what i got. A full, clean mobile-like android interface with several app installation possibilities (especially vlc, as for streaming services not enough natively but that's what any chromecast overcomes) and an astonishing luminance, heat dissipation, "noiseless", speaker and keystone performances. I took the 2gb-pack with the bag (it fits in the tiniest backpack to take it to your local party).
Good device, it's great for this price, buy without fear.

Excellent device that works well after testing. It has an autofocus feature to stabilize the image according to the surroundings. Only the remote control is somewhat heavy.

Here's my review: # Pros (autofocus is smooth, projection is good even in a medium-light room, true lumen is around 400, 1080p projection, smooth compatibility with iphone) # Cons (slightly blurry edges, acceptable colors but no hdr, heat over time and a little noise when in use)
Good projector for the price. Easy to set up. Auto focus is great, but i had to do some manual keystone correction. Good brightness and color, still needs a dark room to view properly. There are a few things i don't like. The remote seems to have influence on my android tv box, but this is not a big deal. Either the plastic or the rubber buttons of the remote smell of chemical. And lastly, it seems to me that there's a bit of an input lag. I can't confirm this 100%. For movies it wouldn't be a problem as much as for gaming. Overall i'm happy with the purchase.
