How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Exquisite Goods (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

Excellent product for the price, Android 14, receives 2.4 and 5G WiFi, good lamp. When it's darker, it's more noticeable, but even with moderate lighting, it's still visible well. I highly recommend it.
The projector is excellent, arrived well-packaged and not damaged, the delivery was very fast and I am very satisfied. It's also very easy to set up and fun to use. Excellent remote control
It seems that everything people recommend has a reason. I am very satisfied with the low price point. Even after using it for quite a long time, the heat didn't bother me much. The screen is clear and it's great for watching personal movies while lying down!
There's no reason not to buy this project; the image quality is good for the price, all settings are adjustable, and it can be installed on any wall. Just buy it. Don't worry about not using it after buying it.
It's easy to connect and connects well with Bluetooth speakers, and the picture quality is much better than expected. It doesn't seem very durable, but so far it's working well.

It works well, you can install apps, and it looks great.
Really buy it right away, the satisfaction level is extremely high. No installation needed, just plug in the power cable and connect to Wi-Fi to use immediately. I was worried because the delivery was all wrapped up, but it works well. There's a remote control so you can search, very satisfied indeed. The home theater is well-made at a low price and doesn't break easily, so I think I'll use it for a long time. The only downside is that the power cable is short, which is a bit disappointing, but to arrange it well in the center, you'll need to bring a power strip. Overall, it's really great bbbbbbb. The picture and sound quality are surprisingly reasonable for 40,000 won. The focus is well adjusted.
Incredible, you can't ask for more in terms of price and quality, it has all the basic streaming applications and works very well. 10/10 . (The remote control does not come with batteries, you need 2 AAA batteries) .

It's small and has a stand, which is nice. It's good that Bluetooth and Wi-Fi mirroring are supported. I am satisfied. If you're just looking for value for money, I recommend it.
Just buy it...for this price, it has HDMI, autofocus, manual screen tilt control, and even its own Android...if you're not looking for something high-end, you can watch during the day with the curtains drawn...buying an affordable hanging screen from Aliexpress is enough...the projection distance is shorter than expected, so it's useful.

as shown in the photo received earlier than expected easy to plug in and connect The image is good but avoid bright lights; not tested during the day yet. The fan makes almost no noise and the airflow is quite good. I took photos with and without light. happy with my purchase

Very excellent, I've ordered it 3 times already, I don't know why but the previous two times the screen disappeared, it lights up but doesn't display anything. This time I ordered it and it seems to be of better quality and even with the window open, the picture is better, so I'll order another one for my older daughter's room. Mini batteries need to be purchased separately‼️
Every time we want to adjust the screen if we shake a little the screen size needs to be recorrect so it will make a headache but a big screen looks good even if we want what we want right? The picture quality is ok ..sounds awesome no need external speaker in indoor
