How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Exquisite Goods (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Wow, wow, wow, it's very beautiful. The quality is great to be honest, but it's not 100% 4K. However, the value for performance is excellent. I recommend buying it, and its price is about 180, which is very nice for the price 👍🏻👍🏻

Camera with very good resolution! I set it up in OBS and it worked well, the only thing that happened to me is that at maximum resolution it lagged a bit in Discord.
Excellent product, very good quality, recommended for starting live broadcasts or recording content. The sound is good but better if you use microphones connected to a console. Undisputedly very good image quality!
Great camera, I really like both the autofocus image and the overall design; it's top-notch, and the microphone is also nice! Considering what you could get in Ukraine for this price, it's just amazing! It's really cool that it doesn't cover the screen when hanging on it.
Very good picture quality, especially in good light environment. In lower light conditions, the picture gets a bit noisy. The cable is detachable, which is very useful if it is eaten by my pet...

Good image quality! Just use it as a 1080p teams cam, and i am very satisfied. Autofocus is good, not very fast, but good enough. Sturdy holder. 2160p 30 provides very sharp image with natural colors. Good packaging.
Incredible, I was previously using an Anker C200 which is not bad, but it had that detail with the autofocus that gave me a bittersweet feeling. But this one works perfectly without any problems. 10/10
This is what I was looking for; actually, I was looking for something to record my desk to make videos for my art university projects, and my cell phone was making me feel bad because it didn't look like the quality I wanted, but this camera helps a lot to improve that. The app's deadline was approaching, so it wasn't very fast, but it's understandable.
It's a good option, I really liked the quality of the camera. I also like how it looks and the ease with which it can be adapted to the monitor. I love that it can be placed on a tripod, it also has its own physical barrier, and I really like that it has its own software.
The quality of the webcam is good, the detail is there, the only flaw is the Emeet Link app which has very few adjustments. For the price I paid for it (€45), it's an excellent webcam. It's hard to find a similar detail, and it's also well-made in terms of materials. If you're looking for a good webcam at a low price, I find this one to be one of the best choices.
The camera is good, the image quality is impeccable, for the price I expected much less but Emeet surprised me!!!!🤩🤩🤩 I was blown away! 😎
It works very well, the validity is very good, and the autofocus is very fast. The color palette makes your skin look a bit pale, but this can be fixed with third-party software, such as OBS.
This is the fourth time I've bought this camera because of its quality.
First of all it's not 4k, it's 1080 accelerated to 4k Secondly 1080 60fps is not quite good and lagging However 1080 30fps works well. After tunning a bit in nvidia broadcast i achieved ok picture In short - product description is not misleading, but the real usage of this camera only 1080 30fps

Very good quality, honestly... I had already read more than 20 reviews about it and all were positive, but having it in front of me and recording is a luxury... Really good for the price
I was pleasantly surprised; it has very good image quality. It works without issues on Teams even without making adjustments with the Emeet app. I fully recommend it; it arrived in 7 days.
