How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Exquisite Goods (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Keyboard is simply perfect, you can change the colors of the keys and it has several layout options. I found the software a bit poor compared to the keyboard itself, but it's usable and has no issues. ***TIPS***= Ctrl+Alt+W= ? , Ctrl+Alt+Q= /

It's too good for the price it has. It's of very good quality and delivers everything it promises. I highly recommend it, especially if you want to use it for gaming.
It sounds really beautiful and I love the configuration; the only thing I didn't like and has literally no relevance is the tape on the left side because of the material itself, but otherwise, the rest is 100% awesome.
The keyboard is well-made, configuration via the browser works well on Windows, but so-so on Linux. The keys respond very quickly, as described, the RGB backlighting is okay, but I personally don't use it.
Very fast shipping, excellent keyboard for the price, the driver could be better but it's acceptable, the keyboard is very heavy and the base mechanism (Outemu) has a 50g actuation force which may be heavy for some, satisfied (Paid €24)

Very nice, many functions, not noisy. It doesn't have the right alt key, which bothers me a bit, but it's just a matter of getting used to it. Response time is very good and the sound is very relaxing. Various functions in the software. For the price, it's worth it. I got it for R$295 with shipping and it arrived in 10 days.

I made the purchase on 29/11, and the seller shipped it quickly. The product was posted on 02/12 and had already arrived in Brazil by 06/12. However, the longer delay occurred here. On 06/12, the product arrived at the Indaiatuba base, where it stayed for 24 days. It was only sent to my city on the 30th, and was ready for me to pick up on the 31st. But because it was the end of the year, the post office closed, and I could only pick it up yesterday, 05/01. As for the product, it came well packaged in its original box. The Type-C cable could be made of nylon, but it doesn't affect performance. Good construction, RGB and beautiful design, pleasant sound from the keys, and I really liked the rapid trigger technology. I only tested it in Valorant and could feel the difference. movement, the product software I didn't know how to use but saw a tutorial and learned, in conclusion it's a good product I hope there won't be any surprises in the short term.
Best keyboard I've ever used. Since the keyboard is American, how can I type the ç? ', '~' and other characters, the best solution is to set the keyboard layout to PT-BR and then use autohotkey to make the 'Alt' key (or alt+shift) together with the key you want to type press the EN-US layout key instead of the PT-BR layout key. Very beautiful keyboard, it feels like pressing on clouds with white switches, makes a soft and nice sound, RGB is very beautiful and well-designed. Honestly, I loved this keyboard so much. It was my dream to have a keyboard like this for my games. I improved by about 110% because the response time is very fast, and this keyboard definitely beats many keyboards that cost thousands of reais or even more.
