How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Exquisite Goods (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

very good projector 👌 The brightness is excellent even in broad daylight.
The projector is nice and bright as described with a short throw distance. One problem - i thought that this projector has the mounting hole for a projector stand but it doesn't - i'll have to buy a tray for the stand and put it on that. It seems some j10s have it, some don't, maybe depends which factory produced it. Overall happy though, this was the right projector for my needs.
The projector is a real bombshell. I connected it to the home Wi-Fi, installed the VK video app, and connected it to the receiver via Bluetooth. It's the home cinema I've been dreaming of for a long time. Thank you!
Very well packaged. Projector arrived and was incredibly easy to set up. Plug and play. The unit is surprisingly bright and can handle ambient light as seen in the picture. No issues with dust or dead pixels which is something you usually find in more budget friendly options. The focus is actually surprisingly strong, i do not see any blurry areas which is welcomed. Auto keystone and auto focus work well but i choose not to use those as they usually cause issues and degrade image quality. Miracast worked with a hitch. Sound from the speakers is great, very loud and full. At this price, i have no major complaints, it's great to see how far budget projectors have come!thank you very much to the seller for helping me ship from spain. A great seller—i recommend them.
I am very satisfied with my purchase: the device works perfectly and the service is highly professional. The team accompanies the customer at every step, from purchase to delivery, and even beyond. The projector offers very good performance in daylight, although it is not designed for use in strong sunlight. I encountered a slight issue with my setup: since the infrared receiver is located at the back of the device, the remote control was not working properly because the projector is placed against a wall. However, I easily solved this problem by using a small device that allows the infrared signal to be transmitted. Since then, everything has been working perfectly.
I’m very impressed with this smart 4k projector. The picture quality is outstanding — bright, sharp, and clear thanks to the 3500ansi brightness and hdr10 support. Dolby audio makes the sound immersive, and features like auto focus, keystone correction, wifi6, bluetooth, and 50% zoom make it extremely convenient to use.
What i can't understand is why my package was shipped from a warehouse in spain? But the shipping location shows as china, of course i don't mind this, i'm just a bit confused. The projector arrived intact, I had to pay a small amount of customs fees. We watched a movie with the family, really liked the projector; it has good sound and image quality, and most importantly, you can watch online content directly, so we didn't need to connect anything else to the projector.

I am very happy with the purchase. The image quality is authentic 1080P, you can notice the difference. The autofocus is a total success, and having enough memory (4+32GB) it doesn't freeze. Regarding the shipping, everything went as planned: I ordered it on a Monday and by the weekend I already had it at home, in about 5 days. Highly recommended if you are looking for a good projector without spending too much.
The projector was packed perfectly, box within a box. Delivery was delayed by 2 days. Paid a customs tax of 1000 rubles. The projector is excellent. Autofocus works. Brightness is sufficient even with the light on. I am satisfied.

The projector 5. loading and operation are very fast. 4 GB still gives an advantage. Previously there was a projector with 2 GB. Movie search would load every once in a while. Set brightness to 40 percent. Not noisy.

We bought this projector for watching tv in bed and it's been amazing! The setup was super easy - wifi connected right away and the picture quality is surprisingly crisp even on our ceiling. The 180 ° Rotation is a game-changer since we can project on ceiling or walls. It's lightweight enough that i can easily move it from room to room
A chic projector, works very quickly, VK video, YouTube, Kinopoisk and so on... autofocus is good, if placed at an angle, the far corner is slightly out of focus but it's understandable since the focal length changes, contrast is good, speakers pleased me, better than on my Sony TV from 2018.
Excellent projector with great picture quality. Amazed to see the level of brightness and contrast it can bring on a room filled with minimal lights. For a dark room, this projector is a breeze. The setup was way easier than we thought. Works great with firestick and other streaming devices. Definitely worth the money spent compared to all the expensive projectors out there.
