How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Exquisite Goods (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

The SSD is good. The only thing is that the speed is not 20 Gbps, but 10 Gbps.
A good portable SSD for the money. But there's one thing... The adapter from Type-C to USB 2.0 just slows down the entire speed. And no, it's not me, I'm not the one sticking my hand into the wrong port. In addition, if you connect directly via Type-C, the speed is no more than 1 GB/s, which is twice as low as the stated speed. You can compare from my screenshots; where the speed is lower, it's because of the adapter. I only have a Type-C port on my mini PC; my main PC and phone don't have this port, so it's quite inconvenient. The seller was unnecessarily stingy with the adapter; it's unlikely that an average user will bother to deal with this and will probably give 1 star or return the product. The guy who posted the photo with the scratches clearly made them himself to scam the seller. The product is well packaged, the SSD is in a box inside a bubble wrap bag.
The speeds are slow, but it will do.
It looked smaller in the photo than in reality. Very lightweight, I haven't disassembled it, but I think the case could have been made about 2 times smaller. Delivered on time, the box is intact. The disk is working, the stated capacity is detected. I will write a review about the device's performance and recording speed in a while.
The SSD I bought for tasks like transferring videos from my phone while on vacation is more than satisfactory... I tested the speed, heat, and performance - uploaded 222GB to it in 12 minutes, there is some heat, but it's more than acceptable, and at 50% load the temperature stopped rising.
Visual appearance, quality, price. Fully matches the specifications. Let's see how long it lasts.

The speed is 10 times less than stated. Opened a dispute. The seller said something like "... in the eye, all is God's dew." Wrote that I need to change this, that, this... and connect it in a different place. It doesn't connect to the phone if there's a bumper with a strong grip on the phone (hard to remove), because of the short part that is inserted (as shown in the photo). In general, thanks to Aliexpress support, they refunded part of the money.
The disk is completely normal, naturally time will tell; I bought the 512 GB version.
For 5,600 rubles, I bought 2 SSDs of 1 TB each. They don't heat up much, so the read/write speed is less than 200 MB/s. NAND QLC, so I bought 2 units to create a RAID 1.
It doesn't provide fantastic speed, but it doesn't slow down after filling half the capacity. Neat and unique.

2TB, everything is fine, except for the Type-C to USB adapter; with it, the drive is recognized as USB 2.0.
Unlike the previous "drive," which was essentially a 32 GB flash drive, this one proved to be a true solid-state drive. And although the write speed isn't as fast as I would like, I'm satisfied with everything. Thank you to the seller for a quality product.

Upon first turning it on and attempting to format it to NTFS, it stopped being recognized by the system. The USB Type-C adapter malfunctioned and didn't work for even a minute. After that, I had to recover this SSD by formatting it at a low level. I messaged the seller, but they didn't respond. I had to buy an adapter separately.
The speed is sufficient to transfer files from an iPhone. A 5GB video file was transferred in 15 seconds. For those interested, I am attaching a photo of the internals. It has four T2334W chips.
