Delivered in a timely fashion after last order of same with another supplier never made it through. Works well on first use. Packaging is something else though. Pieces wrapped in cardboard inside the machine were impossible to pull out without cutting through the cardboard with a utility knife to get them out...thought the glass might break if i had tried to twist the boxes out....
