How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

What about customs?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds

It's a very nice fan. But it's NOT Xiaomi, it's a no-name brand.
I admire it. I recommend it. five speed modes. When turned on, it shows the battery charge. quiet operation.

The fan works perfectly, it's new so we'll have to test it, for its size it has several speeds which really surprised me, I was expecting it not to have that much power, and it's quite comfortable actually, 9/10 just because I was hoping it would be a little bigger, but the size isn't bad at all. It's almost the size of a phone but a little wider, in case you have any doubts about buying it.
Compact, lightweight, and very quiet. But the quieter it is, the weaker it is. During operation, it displays the mode in percentage terms; I thought it would display the battery level in percentage terms, but I didn't wait for that mode. I connected the charger, and then it shows the charge in percentage terms.
I bought it because I can't stand the heat, and I can say it's great; it makes almost no noise.

It consumes a lot of battery, in my opinion. It has 5 speeds (magnificent), but the battery consumption is so high that even when plugged in, it can't maintain speed 4 or 5. For a simple and easy thing and for the price it has, it can be worth it. On days of extreme heat or greater needs, don't even bother.
I like that it is small, although it does not meet my expectations with the fan power.
