How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
How long does shipping take?

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Exquisite Goods (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
It works very well, the sound is great and the microphone too... the AI works well and I tested the simultaneous translator and it has a delay of only 2 seconds, which is great.
Grade 8. Price 9 equals. Design 7 (depends on your taste). Image quality 8 satisfies me. Sound recording quality - good. Video quality 9 is surprisingly good. Ease of operation: OK. Activating the camera: Easy one-click. Playing the video and audio - easy. AI assistant function: reasonable, it's not GPT, image recognition: good - recognized the type of my dog. Voice activation: Still trying to learn how to activate, need to pronounce the name accurately. But there is also a button to wake up the AI, downloading photos to the phone: fast (there is also a menu with: save, delete, share.) Video download - reasonable speed of Bluetooth. Wifi: I don't know and haven't seen such an option, I'll check later but it's not necessary. Voice translation: 3 options: conversation, translation with subtitles, direct translation - it will reasonably translate a Western TV show into Hebrew (there is a small delay of 2 or 3 seconds). I haven't tested the option to translate a conversation with someone. The Hebrew dictionary: Excellent score 100: clear Hebrew menu, clear and excellent Hebrew voice, there are dozens of languages to choose from. Translation of written text from a newspaper: I haven't checked yet. Receiving calls on the phone: I haven't checked. Listening to music from the phone: good and clear score 8. The speed of connecting and pairing the glasses to the phone: Extremely easy and fast.

Glasses received, very practical, the mirror is not used, very clear, i bought sunglasses, i feel that the visual effect is very good, the bluetooth connection is very smooth, i can make bluetooth calls through the glasses.
Actually i liked it a lot, the audio that it has is clear and sharp, it is not like that of a hearing aid but to my liking it is heard quite well, with some volume even inhibits a little the outside sound, they are practical to do activities or be in front of the screen and suddenly listen to the audio of some conference or a video and not completely isolate you from the sound that is around.
This is a truly high-end pair of glasses. It has more functions than any other smart glasses, it's really amazing. The quality and price of the glasses are unbelievable. My friend spent over 200 pounds on a pair of camera glasses, and my glasses even have more features and better image quality than his. Of course, my friend was hollowed out. Haha, i suggest anyone who wants to buy smart glasses take a look at this. High cost-effectiveness, early delivery, complete packaging and content, very satisfied 😀
I like these smart glasses! The shipping speed is super fast and everything is intact. The camera and video functions are excellent, just what i need. Completely recommended! A small detail: there are some sound leaks at high volume, but this is not a big deal. In fact, i have tried other brands of smart glasses, and they all have the same "problem". Nevertheless, they are a good choice!

Okay, i usually do not comment on what i buy, but it requires expressing my thoughts, this smart glasses is very magical.the built in speaker and microphone are perfect for hands free calling and listening to music during commuting. The sound quality is impressive, and the bluetooth 5.3 connection is stable and quickly paired.
