How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Exquisite Goods (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

First of all, the fit is good. I was worried because others said it was big, but I don't think my face is that big. As soon as I received it, I changed the nose pad and cushion. I'll send you a photo for reference.
The glasses are pretty good, i might have ordered the wrong ones as i expected the lenses to be darker in the sunlight, bluetooth connectivity is good, music is pretty loud just be aware other people can hear the music playing, the glasses kept sliding off my nose, it came with two rubber bits that i assume are used to keep the glasses over the ear, the photos and videos are pretty decent, i like the fact it came with a seperate usb charger as well as the charging case. the lens cleaning cloth can sit in the charging case so it's always nearby if you need to wipe the lenses. i might order the other photochromic glasses and see if the lenses are darker in the sun, only problem is if the glasses could come in different styles i don't mind these ones but i feel like a nerd when i wear them, other than that they are pretty good and i'd recommend them to my friends.
Unfortunately, it doesn't fit properly. The nose pads were not included.
Good product, exceeded expectations

The image quality is way better than i expected, and the hands-free feature is perfect for capturing moments without fumbling for my phone.the lens captures details super clearly, even the reflections in my sunglasses came out sharp. So easy to use, just tap and shoot while walking. Worth every penny!
They film well. The translator works well, even very well. But it slows them down a bit, searching for information on the internet, and that's why the response takes a long time. I tested it on video, and it's also good. Just need to remember that the cameras are not located where the eyes are, but closer to the temples. So you need to lift objects slightly above eye level. It's very convenient that there's a case with a charger, like a power bank.
Wow, it's amazing and includes all languages, especially the Arabic language.
I like how natural the footage looks when recording outdoors. The camera handles light well and captures scenes clearly. Ai assistant, translation, and bluetooth calling add convenience, making these glasses a practical option for everyday wear.
I took these photos while walking outside and driving. The glasses are very easy to use — you just wear them and capture what you see.the photos look natural, especially in daylight. The lighting and colors feel very real, even in bright sunlight. It’s convenient for recording daily moments without having to take out my phone.i also really like the design. They look just like regular sunglasses and don’t feel bulky. I’ve worn them outdoors and in the car, and they feel comfortable for everyday use.overall, i’m very happy with them for casual, daily recording.
Work as expected. The ai and camera work fine, but the ai application is required. On-site translation is ok speed. The glasses are very large, which is a great style, but will fit if your head is the size of a barn. It has a very ugly'touch sensor' printed on the right. It is not subtle and makes it like a toy. This box is very well packed for glasses. Good value.
Like in the pic and descrption, amazing quality for the price and valuable quality of the material. A fraction of the cost of the original!
Good product, the only downside is that the music and audio can also be heard by those nearby.

Man, these glasses are a total game changer! I was skeptical about the ai, but the chatgpt integration is actually super helpful for quick questions while i'm out. The 1080p video is crisp, and the anti-shake works way better than i expected. It’s basically like having a gopro and an assistant on my face. 32gb is plenty for a day of shooting. Love it!
Very efficient device. The wear detection feature is extremely reliable; music pauses immediately when i take them off and resumes when i put them back on. The wifi transfer to the app is fast and stable. It is a well-engineered product that does exactly what the specifications say. Solid performance.

As a smart glass, it's quite useful. It can play music, take photos and videos, and even provide voice guidance for objects in the field of view. It also has a simultaneous translation function that instantly translates the other person's language into my own. However, the speed is slow, which may cause problems in actual conversations. When I call the AI agent, Cyan, and speak to it, it can hear everything but often ignores my commands and becomes silent. It's an interesting toy.
Finally, there is no need to hang that kind of bulky sports camera on the helmet.these glasses are only 54g, and they are very comfortable to wear.the 1080p video is shot in very positive colors and has anti-shake. The video taken during the ride is completely enough to be posted on social media. It transmits mobile phones via wifi, and the video transmission speed is ok. The only drawback is that the recording will be a bit affected when the wind is loud when riding at high speed, but the overall flaw is not hidden.
