How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Exquisite Goods (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

I buy before for another car,and it work ok,and after 3 days no sound of light...not working....i made a big sourching on web and find few solutions. First i try button reset which is on main box...push and hold 7-8 sec that will reset a software on main box. Take key from lock...put him again and give a contact....it works for me ...again working. If you cut led strip than you must put a new lengh in app. And will ask you for code....and the code is 999. I order another one for my car.... Seller recomended...best shop
Item arrived in somewhat good condition. packaging was abit distorted but i don't expect damages on the items.
The lights are very bright and i really like the quality of them, the one thing i wasnt very fond of was the foot lights i expected it to be brighter other than that i really like the product and definitely recommend it

The product was tested first, but I wanted to order it for my second car; it's really worth it.

Super looking lights
Incredible
It turned out perfect, I installed it in a Renault Fluence, buy without fear. The installation is laborious but not difficult, I connected it to the 12v socket (direct connection) and followed the manual. It's possible to control the color tone so it's not too bright, which is perfect for those who want something discreet.
Fast delivery
Arrived earlier than expected. turned out great, definitely takes time to install and wire. also have to other things to able to tap into power wires like a fuse tap.
Absolutely amazing, no words for the outcome. it is very aesthetically pleasing but you need to have some sort of sensibility when it comes to electrical skills.
The quality is excellent, but the vehicle connectivity feature is not usable. it seems the product information should be updated.
It looks of good quality, it's a shame that the power cables are so short; ideally they should be twice as long, especially for those that are placed on the dashboard, or at least bring additional cables with male/female connectors to extend them.
Optimal quality
It's a shame that depending on the vehicle, we can't connect to the car's headlight ignition because the LED strips are too sensitive and don't receive enough power from a regulated power supply, so we had to connect to +APC.
Arrived quickly, easy to install, excellent product, highly recommended.
Quality product! You need a minimum level of knowledge for installation, but once done, the result is quite satisfying!
The product is verry good, and easy to install! i had no problem what so ever with strips! you can cut them, the quality is verry good! i recomend them!
