How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Exquisite Goods (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

Super happy. I am from south africa and was very weary buying this product for my 2015 xc70. It was as the site and instructions said, it was plug & play. Switching between the screen and sensus screen also easy
Everything good, be aware of the orange cable, thats crucial or you wont have sound, learned that the harder way but otherwise everything is working, sound good, everything fast, cool stuff

The product is excellent, it arrived quickly with very good installation instructions. i had a small problem during installation, but the fault was mine. the technical support is excellent, quick to respond and professional. i am very satisfied with my carplay for my volvo v60.
Good product. Easy to install. Found some installation video on youtube for similar product. The only bad thing is when you want to leave an app you ned to pres the voice-button on the steering wheel and after that you need to press exit to go back to home screen.
It worked perfectly. Including disassembly, it took me 45 minutes and everything worked immediately. Important: set it to AUX in the sound options, otherwise there will be no sound via CarPlay.
I had an issue with the car play, no sounds was coming out what so ever, i contacted the seller and he guided through the process and after redoing the wiring (i had plugged one cable backwards) it worked ! Great product, but it’s a big job on his own, i’ll recommend for others to let this set up be done by a professional or make you know how you doing.
Got one from anyfar and returned because of the switch to the oem interface (only through hazard button, unbelievable). This one is working perfectly and the switch to oem interface is through the exit button (2015 v40). You also get info on the climate control when changing temperature without switching to oem interface. Recommended!
Used for almost two weeks now, this case really transforms the vehicle. Note: a wire needs to be pulled from the rear light to automatically return to the original screen and display the reversing radars. A small drawback for the front radars: switching to "reverse" mode needs to be done manually to view them. Regarding the Bluetooth, the one on the case works very well. On the other hand, the original one does not handle automatic priority and remains secondary despite the indicated settings. Overall, a very good product for modernizing a vehicle of this generation.
Perfect fit on 2015 xc60(of course with the internet button available). Installed it myself but not with video here on the product page which is kind of bad and hard to follow. Searched you tube for this kind of installations since there are plenty of products that do the same thing and followed one that is much much better filmed and with better english explanations. Not sure if it took me more than 90 mins; took me more to try to hide the box on the side of the console as there is not quite too much space there and almost impossible to put back perfectly the plastic cover. Product works fine and it is quick. Resolution is better than the native maps, etc. Only issue is handling apps without touchscreen and it can be challenging but with patience you get used to it. Would i order the same product again? Yes!

Good case overall for the price. Does what is required of it correctly. However, be careful with manual transmissions; the camera is not available for simple connection, you will need to make a direct connection with the reverse light harness. Apart from that, everything else is impeccable and the customer service is very responsive.
Hello, i bought the system from you for my 2017 volvo v60. Everything is installed and working. However, i can't switch between spotify and then back to the toolbar at the bottom or top. Is there no dedicated button for this, or have i missed one?
After having issues with the Anyfar module (unable to switch to the OEM menu), I tried the AUTOABC module. Installation is almost identical, wiring harness slightly different. It worked IMMEDIATELY! All steering wheel buttons included. Siri is supported, and switching to the Volvo interface is a breeze. Best solution for S60/S80, as the original display is preserved. Strong recommendation! All steering wheel buttons and Siri are supported; switching back to the Volvo menu is a breeze. In my opinion, this is the best module for S60/S80, as it preserves the original display.
