How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Exquisite Goods (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

The guide and manual were perfect, the YouTube videos were accurate and reliable. Mounted on Audi A4 Avant, B9, 2017. The screen quality is really very high, as is the image. The error that many people see when going to the OEM interface is because they have not set the correct resolution; you need to set the screen resolution according to the guide provided by the supplier, which is very easy to do by going to the settings. Very fast and smooth, but follow the assembly instructions to the letter and everything will be perfect!!!!!!! Bravi!! !
The resolution isn't very nice when you switch to the OEM screen, but otherwise it's a good device and the service is fast. Highly recommended.
The screen arrived 4 days after ordering, everything was nicely packaged, nothing was missing, the screen fits perfectly in the Audi A4 B9, everything works flawlessly, definitely a great purchase and I recommend it!
The shipment was fast. Item as described. It boots up really fast and the touch screen is very responsive. It integrates well with mmi knob and wheel buttons, feels like an original part of the car. The design is slim, very thin bezzels. For this price it is absolutely worth it. I reccomend it.
3 stars on item, only because the screen doesn’t work with polarized sunglasses since i’m stationed in southern cali which sunglasses are a must. Other than that great screen over the small 8in oem.
Works good in b9 s5 will admit little difficult getting dash back together as the screen is large but it works
everything was super fast and there was very good communication with the seller, who sent me links for its installation.
I had the large navigation with virtual cockpit (8.3 inches i think) This is a very beautiful screen, i like it because it has thin edges (compared to android ones), it looks good Pros: - large touch screen - intuitive menu - looks good and everything is visible on the large screen - android auto connects instantly and works perfectly Cons: - the rearview camera is not as clear as before (i have the oem camera) - before the parking sensors automatically activated on the screen when i was close to something, now they don't activate anymore - on android auto in maps on full screen the part of the road remains too far from the driver, in the other corner, it doesn't pull to the middle These are not big, but maybe someone is interested. Whoever gets an error with the airbag sensor, this should be deleted with vcds Conclusion: Who wants a large screen that looks good with good functions is very good. The seller helped me every time i had a question.
I have issue with view from the audi system, but seller give me the instructions how to solve it, and everything works just fine. Great screen for good price. I mounted it in audi a4b9 2019.
