How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Exquisite Goods (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

The jeans are excellent, cream-colored, not white, with good stitching and a pleasant fabric. Size M is too small for my hips, but fits well at the waist (Bust 65 cm, Waist 97 cm), height 160 cm - fits well. Gave them to my daughter). I definitely recommend them.
I haven't been able to buy apple-shaped jeans for many years now; I have no hips or waist))) but I do have a small belly, which makes the search even more difficult. These fit like a glove. Maybe there's a little too little room in the waistband. The length is perfect for 168 cm. The oddity of the cut is hidden. I liked them.
Not very tight, but I liked them. Size XL is very large for 67-99 cm and a bit long for a height of 163 cm; I recommend taking size L for these measurements.
Not winter jeans at all. Just regular straight jeans, they don't stretch. The fabric is good.
For size 48, hips 100 cm, waist with a bit of a belly 85 cm, they fit snugly. The jeans themselves are excellent in style and quality! I took off a star because they are a bit short; for my height of 166.5 cm, they are short by 3 cm, and there's nothing to let out from the cuff! I kept them because it's troublesome to return them; maybe fringe with the sole, but I just need to find jeans🤷♀️ and so I recommend them for those with a shorter height!

Well-made, thin fabric for warm weather. Fits size 48 at the waist and hips. The fabric does not stretch. Long for height 160, I will cut them.
The jeans arrived unevenly sewn at the cuffs and are not very comfortable because they are too high. The size is fine.
Excellent quality, lightweight jeans for spring-summer. The color is beautiful and fits the size chart. For a height of 170 cm, the length is just right, only with flat shoes.
Light graphite color, excellent quality, these are medium-thick jeans, size XL fits well for 38/40, for a height of 172cm the length is appropriate, below the ankles.

Very cool jeans for their price, but size S is not suitable for tall people, maximum height 163 cm. Therefore, I advise to look carefully. And they fit wonderfully, straight cut.
For a hand size 40 and height 160, I took S. The length is literally just one centimeter more 😁 Otherwise, it's just flat. But the quality of the jeans itself is excellent. Very soft denim, doesn't stand upright. These are exactly what I was looking for.

good jeans for summer, soft pleasant fabric. The quality is great. For my measurements 78-109 and height 162, the size didn't fit, I always take xl-xxl in Seven, but the reviews were mixed, so I decided to take a larger size. In general, they are too big for me + they fit height 175, so the jeans need to be tightened up to the ears to prevent the fabric between the legs from hanging loose. There is a lot of room in the waist. Fits loosely in the hips, comfortable. I think they will stretch further, so I will sew an elastic band into the back of the waist to make it fit properly. It would probably be possible to take XL, but I was worried that it would be tight around the hips.
