How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says "no information available at the moment".
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
- You receive the wrong item
- You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)

The watches surprised me, robust mechanism, excellent quality of the strap, an automatic watch that outperforms many in the Brazilian domestic market. I’m about to tell you that it resembles the quality of a Seiko, complications that work very well, date, day, open heart, open caseback, a small tourbillon movement where the main crown rotates. Buy without fear, on the wrist the watch seems to have more value than what was actually paid.

This watch is absolutely gorgeous. i’m a g shock collector, over 70 deep from, wal mart $40 to mrg $3k plus watches. this watch is punching above its weight to say the least. not mrg level, but it will stand beside a casio that’s $500 easily. different purposes, but that’s inconsistency with in this. the point is the polishing is as good. not as complicated but as good. the dial is insane. get the 624. the finishing is incredible and it almost shimmers with the light. up close, it just confirms the notion of quality. it’s so finely detailed. i’m blown away. i wish i never found these. now i want more.

The product looked more beautiful in person than in the photo. In the announcement, I chose the blue option, it seemed like a darker blue, but it’s not. The strap changes color according to the angle, between Tiffany blue, green, and that dark blue depending on the position of the wrist, very nice. The myota movement delivers a very nice glide. For me, 10/10. One caveat, the strap could be better, the beam is signed and seems to be made of steel, but the synthetic leather of the strap doesn’t seem very durable. Benefit of the doubt. Absurd cost-benefit ratio, very good.

Excellent purchase! The sea-gull d809.622 impresses with its dial finish and the very well-executed flywheel (open heart) complication. In precision tests, the st2502 movement showed a fantastic performance of +2 seconds per second, surpassing much more expensive watches. The beat error of 0.7 ms is acceptable for a mechanical watch in this category. I replaced the original leather strap with a 21mm steel mesh/milanese strap; besides being cooler for everyday wear, it molds perfectly to my 16cm wrist, drastically improving comfort and the casual look.
