How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Exquisite Goods (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Delivery took 7 days. The product is functioning normally. I tried measuring the speed, but it's not working well. I'll have to keep measuring it. First of all, it's convenient because there's no need for a cable. I bought it for video backup on the S22 Ultra. I am satisfied.
Equipped with both USB-A and Type-C connectors, there's no need to carry a separate cable. The design is compact, making it highly portable and easy to use. The price is cheaper than products from big companies like Samsung or SanDisk, but the read/write speed is actually twice as fast. You can definitely feel the difference when transferring large files. If the speed is not coming out properly, please check the device specifications. The newer the device, the better its performance. Even though it is an overseas direct purchase product, the service is excellent. There was a common belief that direct purchase products are difficult to manage, but I was truly impressed by MoveSpeed's quick response and friendly service. I am really happy to have discovered this brand, and I plan to settle on MoveSpeed for external SSDs in the future.
Looks great, transfer speed a little slower than my 9 pro, maybe via thunderbolt-type c it can do better, and equal my x9 pro. However, the transfer speed is very good, wouldn't expect more, 400mbps is more than enough, thanks a lot

It's amazing that you can carry it around and read/write large amounts of data at such a fast speed.
Tested on a USB 3.2 port and as shown in the photo, it reaches 464 MB/s; perhaps connecting it to a USB/C port it reaches the promised 2 GB/s. However, even at 464 MB/s it's fast. Excellent product.

There might have been some issues with the delivery as it took an additional 4 days after customs clearance to reach the courier, but the speed is working properly on the 20G, 10G, and 5G ports.

The delivery was fast and the sale price was good, so I am very satisfied. The capacity is reliable and the speed is fast. The speed checked below is when connected via USB, and my speed comes out when connected via USB-C.
The package arrived in 9 days, a record time from China to Saudi Arabia. I opened the device and backed up my phone within a minute.
I received the delivery well. Both ports work, and the capacity is 2T, which is ample and good. One flaw is that the bottom of the housing is slightly loose and rattles. I hope it can be used for a long time without any issues.
The sliding mechanism of the two connectors sometimes doesn't lock into place cleanly. The read and write speeds are impressive. Unfortunately, the stick isn't recognized by the copier's usb port; today it was formatted there without any way to stop the process.

Excellent copy and read speed. It heats up when copying files, but considering that I will use it as fixed storage, I don't see much of an issue.
