How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Exquisite Goods (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
The food cooks well and once it's done, it automatically switches to keep-warm mode. The packing part of the lid can be separated, which is also hygienic. The rice will be ready in about 36 to 38 minutes. The internal rice cooker has a water level mark that matches the cup, allowing you to cook a consistent amount of rice. Highly recommended! The food was cooked well and tasted good.
Well packaged, I tried it with oriental rice, 3 parts rice (measuring cup) to 4 1/2 parts water, it turned out exquisite, it doesn't notify you when it's done, you only realize it when it starts steaming, menu not very user-friendly but functional, I loved it!!!

The product looks exactly as described on the seller's website. However, I haven't had the opportunity to test it in practice yet. Delivery took one month. I am satisfied with the purchase.

It's a really low-power device that can be used at 200 watts, and it's great. It cooks better than expected, and although it takes some time to use, it's very convenient. It can be used with a low-power power bank, so it consumes less power but takes a bit longer, but the advantage is that you can cook with a power bank. If you prepare one with a computer-sized power bank, you can comfortably cook without gas. I highly recommend it to my subscribers.

The cooking time for 2 people or less is about 20 minutes. No mixed grains allowed. The result for two people was very satisfactory. Considering it's such a cheap product, I expect the coating on the inner pot to have a short lifespan. Since it's such a low price, I expect the coating to peel off and I won't repurchase. If the price goes up, I won't buy it.

Very good and practical for one or two people. Especially the lid is made of metal; if it were glass, the cooked rice would become wet and mushy.

It does the job really well for my single cooking, easy and cute. Just perfect size for me. Easy cooking just put rice, water, add some flavours, add meat, then just let it do the cooking.

I am writing a review after using the rice cooker for a month and a half. I bought it to cook porridge for the kids in the mornings for two portions. Once her fuse blew, her husband replaced it and that was it. There are only two buttons: cooking and heating. The porridge in it turns out much tastier than in the pan. Much! But! Its bowl is not very thick and not particularly high quality, so over time it starts to stick, making it necessary to stir frequently. A couple of times it fell on the floor and that's why it bent. I'm still satisfied because it's convenient and because the porridge is really very tasty. I will definitely recommend it.

The rice cooks really well!! I bought it for camping, and if you fill it up with 3 cups, it seems like it can make about 4 servings of rice!!

A useful product for cooking rice well and healthily at an affordable price. It arrived quickly. I cook rice, soup, and vegetables with it and use it for many fast foods. This is the second one I've bought and I recommend it. It cooks 250 grams of rice or a liter of vegetable soup.
