FQA: What to do if the mouse has no response?
1.Please charge the mouse with USB cable.
2.Make sure the power switch on the bottom of the mouse is “on”.
3.Try to restart the computer.
I find it less comfortable than my other vertical mouse, but it's okay. It does its job well, it works very well, and you can choose whether or not to turn on the small lights (which are unnecessary; It's just for show, but it consumes mouse power, so I don't activate them. It's quite vertical, more so than my other vertical mouse, and we hold it a bit in our hand like a joystick. ☺️ For this price, it's a very good product.

I am content with the received mouse! It comes with an standard usb dongle on the bottom (in the picture). The dongle is britghtly colored which is very nice for being able to find it if i drop it (which happened while i was testing the mouse) There is a button on the underside where you can set whether the mouse is on without the lights or with the lights (most likely for battery life) which is a very nice touch from the manufacturer! I have previously bought a different wired mouse from the same manufacturer - "zelotes" and i am content with the purchase. But the other mouse's scroll button became heratic after 1~2 years of everyday use. The mouse feels nice to the touch. I will have to test how long the battery lasts. It is nice that they included a charging cable.
