How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Exquisite Goods (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Simply perfect, I had somewhat low expectations since I thought the screen would be very small or of poor quality, but it's the complete opposite. The image quality is truly amazing, it even seems unreal that something so small can reproduce videos in good resolution and frames. Completely satisfied, the only thing I could criticize is that it didn't come with much protection, but otherwise, simply CINEMA. 🖐️ 🥲 🖐️
I bought it to monitor music playback on YouTube, and the 2nd generation arrived in good condition! I turned it on to test it and it works well and looks really cute. I haven't set it up properly yet and haven't tried different screens, so I'm not sure for sure, but it seems to be a good product haha. I haven't tested it yet, but I hope everything works well. It's still a long way until I finish decorating my desk, but I think it will look nice once set up together!
Actually better then advertised, as the description given was for a older revision and i received a new one. Exceptionally good quality, better than expected honestly. Connecting to desktop pc works ok, but the product works best if connected to a laptop through usb-c.
Very fast delivery and excellent quality. native screen resolution is 960×480 which is very clear for the screen size.

Great mini screen in a fantastic retro look. The craftsmanship is really excellent. Works flawlessly via USB (DP) or HDMI. The screen quality is much better than expected. Really great colors and contrast. Highly recommended.
Seriously... I was surprised that this Chinese-made mini monitor, which costs about 6,000 yen, has better color quality than the main display I'm currently using. The quality is good and it's an interesting product, so I wish there were more mini monitor products like this. Moreover, it arrived in about a week, so if you are considering purchasing from Amazon, it's definitely better to buy from this AliExpress store. The only downside is that when the signal from the PC is lost, it doesn't enter sleep mode and the "No signal" message stays on the screen. There's no problem as the power button turns it off when pressed, but I'm concerned because I frequently put my PC into sleep mode.
The hub is great, the screen is nice at 60 fps, the cable that comes with it is thick and has a USB adapter.
Exactly as shown and described. Works perfectly upon bootup. Works well with an older as well as newer pc. Tiny, adorable, i love it. The screen is about the same size as a 3ds screen. Just gotta buy a tiny speaker for it now. Fast shipping! Great seller! Definitely recommend!
The monitor arrived quickly, the build quality and materials are very good. It was well packaged. I also really like the monitor itself - it can be used as a desk clock, a music player, to watch videos on it, or simply play animations. For this price, it's a great product; if only it included an HDMI/Display Port, the seller wouldn't be making any money :)
