How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Exquisite Goods (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
I bought it for €54. For retrogaming, it's very good. However, for PSP games, this console won't do the job because there's always a problem with the emulation, for example, no image, no sound, or the game running smoothly. If your only goal is retrogaming, this console will do the job.
It's not working. I fully charged it, then turned it on, and then it froze. I let the battery run out and now it doesn't respond at all. I will try tommorow again i hope it works
It resembles a Nintendo Switch OLED in size, comes with quite a few games. I ordered the 64GB version and you can add more games to it. It has EmuELEC as its system and has themes to customize.
Quite disappointed, slow and it freezes or hangs, I've had to reset it a couple of times already.

Games on the PSP either don't work or lag terribly. Screen and autonomy are okay. I'll try to load my own games, because playing in pure 8-bit is a bit much.

Hello, I manage to connect it to the television but the television does not read USB so it does not work on the television and it is also impossible to put controllers on it because the port does not accept any controllers. 🕹️ no longer fits in the console because it's too big, the console's one is too small to plug in controllers. Practically all games are in English and you can play them alone even though there are games where you can play with others that don't work when you press for 2 players. Otherwise, graphics and games can be okay depending on the emulator used and very retro. A huge variety of games to keep you entertained.
It arrived on time .. only packed with bubble wrap and the box was somewhat damaged ..
Excellent Retro Game Console, 7 inches 1024x600, s.o. Emuelec with 50GB microSD, charging cable, screen protector film, English user manual. Almost all games work well... they can also be added to the microSD card. Emuelec internally has a media player for watching videos, but a new 'mplayer' needs to be created and inserted into the card. Within this folder, you can insert videos or movies, TV series in AVi, Mkv, mp4 format. In the games menu you find a black screen with the video number... It can be connected to the TV via a mini HDMI adapter (not included). Too bad it doesn't have a headphone jack. I recommend it!
