Do you provide tracking information?

Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds

Honesty is really nice, but they make you believe that the delivery is free, but when it comes time for delivery, they charge you around 67 riyals due to customs. And if you send them a message, they don't respond. Scammers 🙂

The seller is not honest with customers, and it is unfortunate to deal with him. He has no communication or response, so I give him a 0 rating. Do not believe what is written in the product listing, as the reality is different.
It's nice, but the problem is that the vegetables don't get cut all the way through; the rest of them get stuck in the blender from above and don't come down. So you have to take it apart, take out the vegetables, and then reassemble it to put them back in again.
Expensive but worth it. All advertised claims are true. Cuts very fast and nicely. I have tried cucumbers, carrots, tomatoes, potatoes, onions, and zucchini. All were cut or shredded nicely. There will be small uncut pieces due to the gap between the blades and the plastic pusher which is fine. Cleaning is also easy. 100% reccommend.

Masha'Allah, this machine is excellent and saves a lot of time and effort in cutting. It should be in every housewife's possession. The most important thing is that it takes all the square cutting sizes and comes with rings and a slicer. I highly recommend it to you.

Excellent even for the green salad, it cuts well and the tomatoes don't get crushed. I was afraid before ordering it.
The performance is good, but the shavings come out too thin and the cube-shaped ones get stuck in the board too much. It's okay for home use but not for commercial use.
