How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Exquisite Goods (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

Absolutely beautiful machine, works great and it's definitely a huge help in cleaning fabric in the car for example.. it already removed one small stain for a seat that hadn't been possible before. The concept, design and functionality are spot on. Super easy to understand and operate, easy to dismantle and clean and lightweight enough to be easily carried around. Makes cleaning fun again. If i could offer just one small but important upgrade suggestion it would be to separate the speed button from the power button, because at the moment if we are not using the max speed we need to pass through it before turning off. That's it, everything else is just perfect. Thank you for making these available.

I received it very quickly and honestly, we tried it yesterday and it's very useful. I like that you can see both tanks, the clean water one and the dirty water one. The cleaning is uniform, and although it's not an industrial machine, it's true that for home maintenance use it gives a very good result. I've looked at the difference between the part of the sofa that I cleaned and the one I left uncleaned on purpose. I would buy it again. Also, it's not as big as others and can be stored well; it doesn't take up half a room.
I like the product and it works correctly, but it must have had some anomaly since it hasn't worked again after the battery ran out and with the charger it comes with it hasn't been possible to recharge it. Not having the option to exchange the product for another and only being able to return it, I would have to place another order if I still want the same item. However, the problem is that the price has changed and since the previous price was not respected, I requested a coupon from the seller to discount the current price so that it matches the previous purchase price. But their response was negative and they did not resolve my issue.
Good vacuum cleaner for cleaning all types of seats, sofas, car upholstery. This last one will be great for parents since if you've vomited, it cleans and removes the bad smell combined with any upholstery cleaning product. After wetting, you vacuum and let it dry, and you notice a lot. Recommended.

Received with a delay, but it's DHL's fault. Works as described. After a full charge, when washing with increased power, the battery lasts over 30 minutes. The quality of the product exceeds its price.
Super fast shipment from the Polish warehouse by courier. Optimally packed to prevent any damage. Very good communication with the seller. A small drawback for not having English instructions in the package. I understand the lack of Polish language, but in English it's a must-have, instead I got it in Spanish. 😅 However, after contacting the seller, I quickly received the correct one via email. As for the vacuum cleaner: it has two modes, it cleans very well even on level 1. I used one mode to clean the chair and seats in the car. It was charging for about 5 hours. The battery still hasn't died after about 45 minutes of operation, so it's okay. However, a spare battery and an additional charger for it would be useful. Good vacuum cleaner for refreshing and lightly cleaning fresh dirt for home use. The larger stain that had been on the chair for a long time could not be removed. The car was refreshed very nicely. I used German chemistry for this: SuperClean concentrate for washing fabrics and carpets.
Fast delivery, small power 170 Watts but it's actually quite capable. Operating time is 30 minutes, so I'm in the process of washing and deep cleaning the sofa. After complete discharge, charging time is about 5 hours.
It lacks suction power and drains quickly.

We were looking for this type of fabric water vacuum cleaner, but we didn't want to spend a lot of money, we liked this one for its cost-effectiveness. The design is very beautiful and compact, and I love the colors it has. It has good suction power and operates wirelessly. Also note that charging on the current does not work, because it goes into charging mode. What I do is spray the entire surface with water or soap if there are any stains, and then with the vacuum cleaner I suck up the water and it stays clean, leaving the water dirty.
Hey, well done. First of all, it's battery-powered, things I hadn't realized and it's really cool for car upholstery. Then it comes with equipment for cleaning windows, which is an added bonus, and for narrow spaces. It has two speeds and testing it with the dog's cushion has been excellent.

I bought the vacuum cleaner to clean the upholstery at home and in the cars, as well as the carpet we use in winter in the living room, and we are really happy with it.
