How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Exquisite Goods (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

The photochromic lenses are super convenient walking from my car into the sun, they tint just enough without making everything too dark. The frame is light and the temples are slim, so they don’t press into the sides of my head like some other bluetooth glasses i’ve tried.the chatgpt feature is surprisingly handy when i need quick answers or a translation on the spot. The audio won’t replace real earbuds, but for casual music or taking a hands-free call while i’m out running errands, it works just fine. Pairing was quick, and the controls are easy to get used to. After comparing several smart glasses, i bought two of the best-selling glasses on aliexpress. The material and quality of this one are clearly visible, while the other one has a cheap plastic feel and looks very cheap when worn. This product has exquisite workmanship and is much more high-end when worn.even if you use glasses to listen to songs for a long time, the glasses will not get hot, and they are very comfortable to wear. What i am most satisfied with is the lens design! The glasses are a little different than i imagined. I thought they were gonna be much larger but they turned out great and fit me extelremely well. The camera works well with the 8mp. The sound that plays through the sides can get pretty loud. Battery lasts a really long time and charges really fast. Also comes with dark lenses for those bright days.

I have another pair of glasses like this, but i prefer this one. They are more suitable for my face, from ear to ear, even my nose. Overall, they are larger glasses; based on the lens size and frame, they look really nice and comfortable on me. They use the same application as other glasses, with only firmware updates, making it easier to import videos/photos from the glasses into the application. Both photography and video recording are easy to use, and the quality of both is excellent.. The battery life of glasses is very long, and you may not need to charge them for several days. The effect of answering phone calls is very good, but even if i keep increasing the volume of my phone, i think they should still increase the volume to hear more clearly. In terms of price, it has a good cost performance ratio. Recommend 👍 👍 👍

These are prescribed black iridium lenses, they are absolutely fantastic for reflecting lighting. The frames are heavy duty and durable. I don't review often but these are worth every penny. Camera footage and photos are great for anytime on the go. Easy transfer to phone and the heycyan is fantastic. I highly recommend these.
