How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Exquisite Goods (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

Overall, the watch is good in terms of functionality. But I have a problem with accurately measuring pressure. During measurement, it constantly shows an error, starts measuring and then resets in the middle of the measurement and shows an error again. I tried making the strap tighter and looser, but it was useless. But sometimes the measurement is accurate and it's really precise. I bought it specifically for measuring pressure, but now there's a problem; by the time you measure, you might as well go to the hospital quickly.

The watch is, in general, a very nice piece and looks impressive. The mentiones functions are easy to access and work mostly in a tolerable range, compared to any professional equipment. Since it's mentioned that this is not a measurement that should be used for serious medical issues, that is ok and acceptable. Worth mentioning is the fact that the watch, described as "display size: 1.43-inch amoled high resolution 466*466", has in fact a diameter of about 1.8" (!!) - so it is quite big. Wearing it is not straining - you can hardly feel the watch on your wrist. There are sufficient watch faces in the online available shop, so everyone can adjust the watch to its taste. A slight critizism may be allowed that many watch faces are with (cute?) Pictures - you clearly have to like those to appreciate such, but there are a few that are more function- oriented. All in all, it is a nice watch that can be suggested for buying :)
The blood pressure monitor is easy to use, and the electrocardiogram function is an additional feature that i didn't expect to be so useful - just like having a mini heart monitor on my wrist. the dial is clear and easy to read, even in sunlight, and the silicone strap is soft but sturdy enough for me to run and exercise every day.
This is an s26 smartwatch that uses the heath wear app. a good product, i bought an s26 last year for about $79, this seller had it posted as some other model, so i ended up buying a watch i already owned. i noticed they don't post a model number at all now. in any case, the watch is a good watch, it's comfortable (if a bit large) and reasonably accurate for most people. this one uses the health wear app, while the app is ok in general, it has it's weak spots, especially in the selection of watch faces. there are better apps, and they don't necessarily come with higher priced watches, the seller was a pain to deal with for a refund, but ali stepped in and i got my money back.

Everything is fine
The watch arrived 100% charged. Over a day it lost 20%, but I tested it with many measurements. I can't say yet about the accuracy of the measurements, as I need to find the correct hand position and adjust the values. The pressure on the wrist is lower than on the elbow. I'll add more information later.
