B.If you want to get 4K resolution, Please use premium High Quality 18gbps HDMI 2.0 Cable and shorter than 3M to connect 4K HDMI Source Device & befen HDMI SPLITTER box & Display, since High Quality HDMI cable could support 4K resolution (4096*2160).

C.NOTE:

If you meet lose signal (Black screen dropouts or Flicker occasionally or cutting out intermittently) on your HDMI Device,

Please connect Standard 5V Power adapter, use a premium 18gbps HDMI 2.0 Cable , reduce the solution of your input to try.(Ensure that the resolution of the output device is not higher than the input source)

(Because for some High Power Consumption devices, it maybe lose signal due to insufficient power. )

D.If your HDMI cable is not High Quality HDMI cable 2.0, Please adjust the resolution of HDMI Source (such as PS4) to 1080P (1920*1080) to match the specification of your HDMI cable.

5).If you couldn’t get audio, Please don’t use DVI adapter to connect our product,,and set audio to PCM format, first plug TV to output 1 port,then plug the monitor if there is sound.
