How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Exquisite Goods (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

The Android system is very slow, the viewing programs close on their own, it's impossible to watch through the browser, the only thing that works out of the box is YouTube. In general, the operating system is not good, it can only be used for playback. I had to add a TV tuner; there are no issues with image quality or brightness.
So far I'm very satisfied. The 100-inch screen is absolutely top-notch. It's like being in a movie theater. Looking forward to summer evenings outdoors. A decent projector.

The product is really of good quality. Display view is good even at cloudy day. This is a view from a white-painted wall. The equipment weighs, so it is not a toy. Very good speaker, I am surprised. The product is a Smart TV. I haven't checked if the external application can be played. But it seems that yes. The only thing I can complain about is the shipping. I don't know who is lying, Aliexpress or the seller. The product was supposed to be shipped from Poland within 3 days (because that was the description: Shipping from Poland) where I live. He came from Spain.

The projector is simply superb, there's nothing to compare it to, but there's one thing. Why does it drop video from the socket and does the same with KinoPoisk? Developers should answer me.

Excellent image, arrived quickly. The tracking code is still showing as not posted. But everything went well with the delivery, it was really cheaper here and everything worked fine with the device. With the light on, the image on the wall looks normal. I had another 400 Anse projector, couldn't see anything. This device is really a cannon of light, congratulations.

This is my second projector, the first was a Toyinger Q10W, at a distance of up to 3 meters from the screen. 7 meters it covered about 100 inches, this model covers all 120 inches of my screen from the same distance, with the image being brighter, sharper, with more accurate colors and contrast that are more cinematic. Also, there is much less lag here and playing on q12 is very comfortable. There is a gaming mode here, but honestly, I don't feel any difference when it's turned on. Please note two points: 1) q12 is quite heavy, and if you are hanging it using a wall bracket like me, make sure it can support its weight. 2) The power cable is quite short, so immediately look for a longer replacement (power connector - C7). Overall, I can say that this is a huge improvement compared to the Q10. I am completely satisfied with the purchase and believe that this is the maximum needed within the framework of 1LCD technology. If we go further, it's towards laser and 4K projectors.
I am talking to the seller because after 2 weeks of use, a scratch appeared on the screen, but overall it's great. I'm afraid this risk will increase over time.

Bright. It makes a lot of noise at the highest brightness. When in regular mode it's quiet. Quite fast, but I connect ugoos am6 and it works fine. There are built-in programs, but nothing special. Need to install your own.
