Warm tips:
If the screen signal is poor or flickers, make sure you are only operating the monitor with the adapter that came with it. With other adapters, the voltage may be insufficient. If the screen still flickers, please swap the HDMI cable to test.
Please check the Type-C port of your PC/Laptop whether it supports the transmission of audio and video signals (Thunderbolt3). If it doesn’t, you’ll need a “Type-C to HDMI” adapter for signal transmission.
If “No Signal” or “Power Saving Mode” appears, please switch the Type-C cable head to another side and reconnect the monitor.
The monitor turns on in the default power save mode. (Note: No save function in sleep mode, you need to close it manually.)
The portable monitor has no built-in battery, without touchscreen function,you can’t charge it.you cant touch it, just connect and get started.
The dual monitor is fantastic, with high-quality construction and excellent resolution. It's well worth buying.
I have been using it for two weeks now and I can say that it was an excellent purchase. I move a lot and the monitor is very light with a very good screen resolution. I found it strange that the monitor doesn't come with any serial number, brand, or identification. Apart from this detail, the product is perfect.
The product is good and works correctly on notebooks with a Thunderbolt or USB 4.0 port. On desktops, most USB-C ports are 3.1 or 3.2 and will not work. The monitor only has input for one mini-HDMI. This is not a problem, but it limits the use on desktops with video cards with multiple outputs.
