How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Exquisite Goods (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
The x8 is a tested product, I recommend it. This is my 3rd x8 vacuum cleaner, it has two cleaning blades instead of one. It has a remote control, which is a plus.

The first advantage is wet cleaning in the mop, with a separate removable container for water, where water drips onto the cloth in a droplet form, and we cannot control the humidity of the cloth. although the program has such a function, it is better to first have the vacuum cleaner clean in dry mode, and only then change the container for wet cleaning. The DEEBOT 900 has one container for both dirt and water with a cloth, with adjustable water supply. that is, the tank does not need to be removed when the vacuum cleaner is on the base. It's not running. On the other hand, it's not very practical when there are carpets. because the cloth wipes them away. I didn't notice any difference in cleaning power. I've had it for 3 weeks now, I use it every day from morning to night to vacuum and then wipe, my house has never been this clean again. With 100% battery, it can vacuum and mop, my house is big. So far no negative points. "Golden Tip" wet the cloth before placing it on to iron, at first it takes time to release water, then there's a small part of the floor that doesn't get wet. I recommend using it at maximum power for both vacuuming and water volume. Be careful with ugly things on the floor, especially computers because they can get tangled and there's a risk of knocking things over.

Very happy with this item, for a good cleaning you need to run the cleaning circuits at least two or three times and then use an automatic program to keep the place clean. The suction power is not exceptional but sufficient for scrubbing floors for surface stains or just to keep the floor clean. As an AUXILIARY, it's very good, but not to leave all the work to it. The only bad thing I've found is that the proximity brushes get stuck very often. Other than that, super happy, I recommend it.
Arrived quickly to the house, without customs fees. I tried a little pumping and also rinsing. Worked beautifully. Unfortunately, it does not support 5G WiFi connection to communicate with the app. I haven't found a solution for that yet, but the remote works nicely.

The robot vacuum cleaner surprised me; it's my first one but it really cleans well! The algorithm seems very efficient and manages to solve all obstacles well, including going around chair/table legs. The generated map is good and allows for various customizations. The only negative point is having to change the container to be able to mop, but overall I liked it a lot.

I really liked the robot! It cleaned my 87 m² house using 58% of the battery. Now one of those 3 small parts that close the trash compartment came crooked. It doesn't bother me because one part came good on one side and the other. If it bothers me, I will contact the seller.
