It arrived in perfect condition and before the expected date, I haven't tested its actual performance yet.
This is a great mini pc. It is very light making it easy to travel with and i use it with a portable monitor so this is a convenient, user friendly setup. I chose the option to purchase without ram and storage which i installed myself when it arrived. I would happily recommend this mini pc. My only issue is communication from the seller. I struggled to download and install the adapters and wrote three times to the seller and as of now i have not heard back. I eventually won with installing them and the wifi is working perfectly now.
The product's performance, heat generation, and noise are all good. However, there was a problem setting up the device's drivers. The wireless LAN did not update automatically, so I downloaded the driver from the MediaTek website to resolve the issue. Bluetooth doesn't work even if you use that method. It seems to be a problem with the hub or interference with surrounding devices, not a driver issue. I am not using Bluetooth peripherals, so I am just passing on this for now, but if I start using Bluetooth devices in the future, I plan to buy an Intel chip to replace it.
Fast shipping. The machine works very much as advertised. The computers are very fast and very quiet. Shame ram is so expensive at the moment. I would definitely buy another one of these.

It's small. It's quiet. The performance is better than expected. It's a bit disappointing that the price fluctuates greatly during sales.
This is my second purchase. Gmktec of trust and reliability. It's better to upgrade the LAN card to AX210, and the rest seems fine without any RAM compatibility issues.

Great one! Powerful and silent. It's very convenient to have type-c ports on the front and back of the body and i think it's a good point of this pc. By the way, the type-c ports on the back seems to have more power than the type-c ports on the front.

The delivery was quite okay, and they reinforced the packaging with cushioning material so that the box arrived intact without any damage. I also confirmed that the WiFi7 Qualcomm chipset replacement and 32GB RAM installation, along with the 500G NVMe SSD, are all functioning normally. Windows can authenticate itself later after installation without a product key initially.
It arrived in a week. It's a barebone, so I haven't used it yet. I hope it operates smoothly. I purchased with a coupon card discount.
