Q1: How to add the same camera to my family members, friends?

A1: Use the share function to add caemras to your family member or friend.

There is only one main account, and can’t be logged in on two and more devices at the same time, others need to downlad the app and register, log in too, then share your cameras to them by typing in their accounts or scanning their account qr code. (max. 5 other share accounts), then refresh the main page, then wll have access to live footage. and the main account can edit the permissions of share accounts.

setting path: Settings>Dvice share>Add by account or QR code

Q2: How to use Zoom function?

A2: at the live page or playback page, use two fingers to zoom out or in.

Q3: Do these caemrs support smart home system like: Google Home Assistant, Amazon Alexa etc?

A3: Not yet, but we are develop the interface with Alexa now, need to wait for a while.

Q4: Can I add these caemras to any other device wich support onvif?

A4: only support onvif NVR/DVR/XVR now(contact us first when there is trouble to connect), other devices like: NAS Surveillance Station, not compatible yet.
