Ordered a camera with a 6MP Sony sensor. Unfortunately, during the check, it turned out that the POE power supply does not work. When connected via a 12V power supply, the camera was recognized briefly and started working, but when reconnected, it stopped starting. Notified the seller of the malfunction and opened a dispute. The seller initially suggested that I send the power cable for replacement, as if there was a problem with it, and to close the dispute at that. It was decided to return the camera back to the seller and refund me from AliExpress. The seller refused to return the camera to him (the cost of returning it to China via Ukrposhta is $24) and tried to persuade me to close the dispute and then promised to refund the money. I suggested giving me a coupon for the amount of the camera, to order a new one and I will close the dispute. The seller refused. After the allotted time, AliExpress refunded the money to my bonus account, and I was left with a non-working camera. I wanted to order a new camera from the same seller, but he blocked me.
