How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Exquisite Goods (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

It runs smoothly and feels nice and light. it can handle some standard games. it's barely audible after a few hours of use. it's also very easy to install in tight spaces.
Although the features are what I expected (processor, equipment in general), something happened to me: they sent me with 16GB of memory, but only 7.9GB are usable. They sent me a solid state drive "theoretically 500GB" (I ordered 256GB) and it has twice the memory of a solid state drive (I hope that when the memory is full, it will actually be 500GB, as I understand there are ways to "extend it to make it seem like more memory" than it actually has). But since the equipment STILL REMAINS VERY ECONOMICAL, I prefer to accept the changes of less RAM (which is useful) and more solid-state drive memory (hoping it's not just a hoax).
This is perfect for my wife, to play her windows puzzles that she likes, and she can check her email and stores for specials and coupons. It was super easy to install and to start up, and transfer her stuff she saved to the cloud. I would recommend this to anyone has simple needs of a computer! !
I need a computer for studying, and this one is ideal. It's compact, fast, and can handle multiple apps simultaneously without slowing down. The minimal noise is great for staying focused, making it perfect for students or business use.
I am very impressed with this pc's performance. Its compect size and very affordable its very powerful. It is perfect for everyday tasks such as web browsing, email, ms office , gaming. The setup was very easy,it runs quietly, without any lag or freezing. The graphics are clear, making it great for videos or playing games. It's compact so takes up very little space on the desk. Picked this up recently and have been very surprised by how capable this little computer is. It handles web browsing, streaming, and daily productivity tasks without any lag. Setup was very easy right out of the box, and i love how much desk space it saves compared to a traditional tower.

The mini computer is easy to setup windows 11 i was actually surprise how fast it is. I basically use it as steaming for videos it works great.
I am really pleased with this little computer! Who knew something so small and inexpensive could be just what i needed? I was using my 15-year-old tower to try and do my daily business, nothing crazy, just paying bills, making spreadsheets now and then, etc....but it became so slow and bogged down it was taking more time than ever. Saw this little guy and thought i'd give it a try. Super-fast, no issues with anything! Don't hear any noise, speed is great, and ram capacity has more than i need at this point.
With the specs it has, it's very snappy and responsive. I would recommend this product as a good lasting family computer, a school desktop option, or just something to have thats powerful if you want to play around with things

I bought this laptop for my son's online classes and it works brilliantly. I liked the fact that it comes with windows 11 pro, unlike other laptops in the same price range. It comes with windows pre-installed, so there's no need to spend time on that. The performance is excellent for running applications such as office, teams, zoom, etc.
