How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Exquisite Goods (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

This is a really good laptop that so far plays every title i throw at it with ease. I’ve played a few sessions of the latest call of duty and it’s performed very well. If you’re looking for a reasonably priced gaming laptop and are on the fence about this one, i highly recommend picking it up.
I bought the coolest gaming laptop ever! It is equipped with a super fast i7-6700hq processor, running very smoothly, even when playing my favorite games. The screen is large and vibrant, making it great for watching videos and gaming! It also has massive storage space for all my games and photos. Plus, the battery life is long, so i can use it anytime and anywhere without worrying about running out of power!

It stopped working once, but they sent me a replacement for the internal SSD for just 147 yen and it was restored successfully.
Bought for teenage son for gaming and school. He loves it with no complaints. Does run a bit hot. Would recommend sitting it on a cooling pad for peak performance.
This laptop is a fantastic budget gaming laptop. The ssd boots right up very quick load times, the gtx card is very capable for almost all gaming needs.
Overall, i have greatly enjoyed this product. The screen is fantastic for most games and for streaming videos as well. The hardware works well together to play most mid-tier games with reasonable fps and graphics. Large scale simulations requiring many calculations per second run smoothly even with stressing parameters.
I bought this laptop because the one i had for school finally started to give out, so i thought i might as well go all-out and get a computer i could also use for gaming. Im brand new to pc gaming, so for anyone who is buying this as a way to ease yourself into it, but also needs it for practical purposes i hope this helps. It runs games at at a really high fps and the screen quality is pretty good at 120hz. Great value!
Laptop is very quick and great storage for the price. I was having difficulty running games on my old one but, this one runs them flawlessly. Battery life is also very good.

I just purchased this laptop for my birthday just for simple games and school. It runs them really well! I got the sims 4 and minecraft and it works really nice on severs and downloading custom content for the sims 4. I don’t have any complaints so far, nothing has crashed or broke. It was worth the money! I haven’t had any problems because i got it’s about a week ago. But in my opinion if you are looking to run very high quality games i would invest in a pc. Overall my experience with this laptop is excellent!
I primarily use it as a gaming desktop and like it because I play some games sitting on the sofa. It plays most games at a good frame rate at medium 1920p.
It's better than I thought. It's slightly heavy but makes almost no noise. They send it in Korean voltage and also include Korean keyboard stickers (lol). I bought it for running programs at work, and it's running smoothly. The cost performance seems good.

Had this model laptop for a few weeks and it's been mostly okay. Runs most games fine.
It runs like a dream, it does what i need it to do. It's not as good as a top-of-the-line desktop, but it performs as well as needed for anyone who wants to game on the move. I'd recommend xiaman over any other brand at this point.
I got this laptop for college related activities and to play some not so demanding games like roblox or rounds. I never would of thought it would be able to run apex on high settings and be able to run sons of the forest. Absolutely love it
