the product has a very good build quality. The PoE feature is great as it does not rely on an external power source. I am still testing its use in OBS. I haven't found the right plugin yet to control the PTZ through OBS. but you can access it by accessing the IP through the browser. The zoom and image quality are surprising. I didn't like that the cabinet is made of plastic; the equipment becomes fragile and very light.
Item received even though it went through customs duty and taxes charges so after holding for a while, i had to pay for it. The item came clean but on the operation, hdmi cannot capture 4k mode, only usb 3.0 but even that, it has so many lags so the video cannot flow well as preferred. I would have to contact the seller for more education on how to operate the item so that i can buy more of this because i need to change all my came and get ptz ones along side its controller.
